Thanks for doing this! Most tier lists are super outdated that are on UA-cam. An idea for a potential future video would be how to sub in reasonably f2p units into meta comps, or how to piece together imperfect teams to progress an account. I find this is an area I struggled with when most "campaign formation" videos just tell me to use something like alna/grez 9/9 furniture gigamaxed, ainz comp full of dimensionals, lucretia fully maxed, etc.
Realistically you need to test all that out with whatever you have available on your account since theres soooo many different variables such as lvl, si, furniture, engraving, enemy team, etc.
Also I think a universal priority list would be better than a tier list. Getting lucky will always deviate from the best case scenario, but know the types of units to go for helps
I would love to see a late game tier list for probably everything for campaign for pvp for bosses because after years I just recently got back to the game (and your videos I absolutely love them) and I'm upthere with lvl 300 and I searched for ways what should I build and stuff like that but I would love to see it from you because I know you have reliable sources and sometimes I dont trust the internet so all in all I need a late game tier list from you😅

Yes please, that would be awesome, for campaign and tower, specially tower. Also, you could make guides for Hunter's Notes since it is a mode that requires too many specific formations and heroes. There's also that tower thingy where you just climb infinitely, can't remember the name, but up to level 300 it takes 4 teams and the bonuses require a lot of resources, but you know, that mode where you get the continuum stuff
That cruel for you to do this to wu Kong, he is so good at early game, and even if you overinvest in him, he is super useful later for celestial tower fo f2p
Not so much a tier list but a priority list. As F2P in chapter 40 with most heros 3* or higher, all dimensional heros and only missing a few celepogeans, it would be helpful to have an easy resource on where to spend the limited resources. Who to si30/t4/engrave/furnature after the cookie cutter answers online, who needs what investment to be useful...Ive played the game for years and know most but keeping track of so many is a lot. Used to be oh yay I can upgrade the next hero on my main team, but all heros on my main few teams are built and it's not clear who to invest in next.
If youll have the chance, please make an end game tier list sometime. Ive had a lot of trouble finding reliable end game content. Personally I would prefer the tier list to revolve around PvE content (Campaign + Tower). End game there is quite a lot of opportunity to max champs out but its hard to decide which ones are worth the commitment. Many thanks! Love the content btw
idk why you didn't mention rare heroes mirael is consistently the best character on my team and by the time she will fall off i can just reset her and use something else
in early game you dmg doesnt come as fast as late game so its only against super heavy dmg teams that i find him necisary. otherwise u are losing out on extra cc, dmg or support. thats how i look at it at least
I can say that Lucius is one of the most broken OP tank heroes thanks to his Heaven's Protection skill, especially when teamed up with Rowan for energy support. Being a former AFK Arena and pure Lightbearer player, my team were Gwyneth, Lucius, Estrilda, Belinda and Rowan. Also Rowan can greatly improve the energy regen to the slow but insanely high crit/damage Belinda.
Was lucky enough to pull 5 copies of Morrow in a row, quite early on this account, he carried me so far (chapter 15 rn), with an Awaken Ezizh too. Units are important, sure, but luck plays the biggest part in Afk arena, lets be honest.
My heroes are 240/240/240/220/220 (levels) and I'm using Lucius, Estrilda, Tasi, Solise and Belinda. I'm working on switching Estrilda with Alna and Solise with Awakened version of Solise :D I feel like I got a good thing going with them Thanks for the tier list!
I just come back to afk arena after 3 months of not playing. Im at 37-4 stage campaign with fully build Lucy - and by fully build, I mean fully build: +40 signature, 9 MAXed furniture (36 mythic furniture), 100 engraving. My 3 main teams can deal easily with story stages and I do well in Mauler, Wilder and Hypo tower, but I struggle with last 2 fight in story . I can see team comps that beat these, but all of them are different. It would be nice to get a PVE TIER LIST at around my level. Hero lvl 400 (can get up to 470) I will suggest to split up the tier list: one for regular types + Dim at Ascended 5 star, second for Cel, Hypo, Awakened, as I believe its possible for everyone to have at least one of each Cel, Hypo, Awake Hero at Ascended 1 star, (I do have even more myself as almost ftp) Engraving at 30 (I do have 13 heroes at 30+ and can get another 2) Signature at 30 Artifacts 3 star (I do believe that some Heroes with right artifact can be an awesome counter) Furniture - 9 mythic (I do have 9 furni on 11 heroes (would be 20 if I count my overkill on Lucy, mistakes and pairs of units with 4-5 furni as one) so if a hero needs one he'll have it) Now as a part of this video comment I would like to praise you for putting Mezoth as B tier, I pulled him really early during my gameplay, and that thick boy carried me a ton, and yes he started to fall off by being just epic and I never used him past lvl 180 (I think), but for early game he was a blessing.

I dont want to sound unrespectfull but would it be possible to make it more clear, the Tiers by adding seperate groups for each faction, that way it would be much more easy to see for those beginner players which hero is best of wich faction to aim for. Just a small thing what would make is so much better and that would tackle more than just the global tier list.

I my self would really like some endgame guide-like content like for example tier lists of heroes or overviews of popular formations with explained replacements for heroes in the formations. It would be very helpfull especialy because most of that type of content is pretty outdated.

Imo you should use who you like I set my wish list to have Lucius and others that people say are good and I love grezul even though apparently he's not as good now as he was a year ago but I like his summons and still find him extremely useful in my team so I think almost any character can great it all depends on rng anyway and who the game gives you to use until you can select fav's and use who you want but that's take a long time
Also, would love to see tier list based on overall usefulness fo f2p, like, s for heroes that you can use in multiple game modes, d for that is not used anywhere, like kasos
Early game is pretty useless. Sure he doesn’t die, but he becomes useless if your early carry can’t kill anything. If your early carry can kill anything, he wastes a spot for other useful cc or buffer.
should i get daimon or izold to legendary even though I can't get then to L+? I can also get tasi to L+. In ch 12 with AThane, L+lyca,L+silas, and L+ rowan.
Meanwhile my Thoran is hard carrying me through ch 24 where my deficit is around 2.5x. He is only 219. Edit: I'm at a 3x deficit now with pretty much Thoran 1v5ing. Talene is also on the party, but she doesn't live long enough to do anything. He only has his sig at 29, with no furniture.
I'm end game too, I have many diamonds and cards but don't know who to build. Is Canisa more priority that Zaphrael? Or is Audrae more useful? I don't know.
daimon + brutus as a 2 man team and no other units at all carried me till ch 22. a few stages required a full team but for 98% of stages were just solely them two. It is busted
As someone that is relatively new, been playing for a couple months, stuck at 25-16 and just got mulan more than a tier list i think it would be more useful a what heroes to avoid. I can see the popularity and see which are top tier by how much they are use but while im still working to get those heroes, what do i do with the other ones, which ones should i keep and invest and which ones is better to sacrifice since the beginning so i put the resources into the other ones. that's more of my question
Wonder how early is early game, because seeing some heros down in E or F are in mid game very very strong and useful? For example Audrae with her first and ultimate ability does carry so much damage and stun effect.
Eh, it depends on the team comps and how well you use them/counter the opposing teams; I mean, I'm around Chapter 32, and Wukong is one of my prime team members.

Putting trash/niche heroes too high in tier list since early game is the biggest mistake so far. Because it will definitely be useless at later progression when the players over invested those heroes. Steady progression is better rather than the fast one as it will hinder the progression at mid-late game. Heroes like tasi, nemora, meizoth, izzolt, babayaga and some niche ones shouldn't be put too high.

Belinda early on is S tier imo. You can use her for your garrisoned Ainz. You already get plenty of free copies of her on a fresh account. A fast ascended or even 1* Ainz is gonna be better than anyhing else. She should be on everyones wishlist early on. Best way to speed up your early progression by a lot. You gonna struggle to get enough dimensional fodder heroes anyways so she will have a purpose for quite some time. A lot of dimensional heroes on early accounts are just too strong to pass. I also disagree on not putting Ainz into S tier. He is a stronger carry than Daimon early on in a lot of cases.
early game has so many variables, but you need to priotize those who are on union something, for ex, izold e+ can easily carry you to 10ch... basically any hero you got that in the union... also lowkey thezku is a great, dmg dealer along with kalene as a pseudo tank.. also i agree with aheroes, they can carry you upto ch 12 easily... chapte 1-10 all you need are elite+ minimum chapter 10-20 you need legendary+ minimum chapter 20-30you nneed Mythic+ minimum idk about chapter 30+ maybe u need meta heroes or ascended im only chapter 25, the only thing im struggling is the faction tower, for begginers if you got a copy of eorin, BUILD him late game, signature 20+ which will give him a lot of lifestea, im seeing faction tower 140+ in wilder that eorin is basically soloing in the ladder, daimon for graveborn, scarlet in lightborn, and for mauler? yeah idk lol
also i forgot, pipa IS S++++++ in early game, you dont have to build her, even at e+ can still contest in chapter 1-24... basically pipa is formation destroyer, for ex; you need some tank to infiltrate their backline fast? for stuns? pipa backrow lower, oh you need those tank to get out of the way? pipa middle... Tip, if you combine pipa and lyca with dura's call, those mage killers that teleports will be instantly teleported back.
Not sure if this applies to who ascend first. But i been wondering who to send to legendary first. I got Shemira and Diamon for one faction. Raine for lightbearer, Not sure if i should wait. And wilder Lyca, Ira or Arden.
well since you really don't get any more rewards in campaign after chapter 40 (besides a bit clearing the chapter), most newer guides goes towards events like cursed realm, treasure scramble, temporal rift and abex instead. The last one used to have private guides since it was competitive, but that trend has slowly shifted (although live guides are still private). The other ones vary quite a lot in viable heroes (to an extent), so it would be hard to gather them all under one guide. I've used the same hero comps from chapter 40 to 45 and really only added some awakened heroes if any at all.
No, but F tear is really harsh, just like for wu kong. They both should be C tear imo. You could build Shemira early game. Its very easy to get copies of her (free copies and lab coins), she still is a pretty good carry early game and she falls off around the time you can use the swap scroll. You can also use her for dimensional binding.

Brutus should be S tier, he is an immediate slot with most of my teams unless if Im doing something very specific like luc and 4 hypo fodder

Thane has worked for me quite well, might be because I'm just lucky with pulls and have been able to level him to 14o and have his signature.

Would definitely recommend focusing more on Daimon and Oden over Lucius or Belinda. Lucius and Belinda quickly become totally useless.

Lucius early game is just so good ! You have so little heal in this phase of the game that lucius is at least B tier just for his shields
I agree I think Lucius should be Abit higher his shields and healing over time are so solid I'm in chapter 12 he still working great for me

Correction, Daimon actually does have some CC. He has a 3 second stun in his kit with his 3rd ability (inanimate companion).

brutus should honestly be A-S tier just from how extremely useful his invincibility tanking is.

You gonna struggle to get enough dimensional fodder heroes anyways so she will have a purpose for quite some time. A lot of dimensional heroes on early accounts are just too strong to pass.
I also disagree on not putting Ainz into S tier. He is a stronger carry than Daimon early on in a lot of cases.
he probably didn't do that cuz you need ainz signature item to remove the time for ult ability
early game has so many variables, but you need to priotize those who are on union something,
for ex, izold e+ can easily carry you to 10ch... basically any hero you got that in the union...
also lowkey thezku is a great, dmg dealer along with kalene as a pseudo tank.. also i agree with aheroes, they can carry you upto ch 12 easily...
chapte 1-10 all you need are elite+ minimum
chapter 10-20 you need legendary+ minimum
chapter 20-30you nneed Mythic+ minimum
idk about chapter 30+ maybe u need meta heroes or ascended
im only chapter 25, the only thing im struggling is the faction tower, for begginers if you got a copy of eorin, BUILD him late game, signature 20+ which will give him a lot of lifestea, im seeing faction tower 140+ in wilder that eorin is basically soloing in the ladder, daimon for graveborn, scarlet in lightborn, and for mauler? yeah idk lol
also i forgot, pipa IS S++++++ in early game, you dont have to build her, even at e+ can still contest in chapter 1-24...
basically pipa is formation destroyer, for ex;
you need some tank to infiltrate their backline fast? for stuns? pipa backrow lower,
oh you need those tank to get out of the way? pipa middle...
Tip, if you combine pipa and lyca with dura's call, those mage killers that teleports will be instantly teleported back.
Abrutus for maulers or anasta is what I use

Late/End game tier lists are non existent these days
well since you really don't get any more rewards in campaign after chapter 40 (besides a bit clearing the chapter), most newer guides goes towards events like cursed realm, treasure scramble, temporal rift and abex instead. The last one used to have private guides since it was competitive, but that trend has slowly shifted (although live guides are still private). The other ones vary quite a lot in viable heroes (to an extent), so it would be hard to gather them all under one guide.
I've used the same hero comps from chapter 40 to 45 and really only added some awakened heroes if any at all.

You could build Shemira early game.
Its very easy to get copies of her (free copies and lab coins), she still is a pretty good carry early game and she falls off around the time you can use the swap scroll.
You can also use her for dimensional binding.
