    To prepare this dish, you will need:
    Pork Ribs: 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)
    Garlic Powder: 2 tablespoons
    Smoked Paprika Powder: 2 tablespoons
    Salt: 2 teaspoons
    Black Pepper: 2 teaspoons
    Glaze
    Honey: 2 tablespoons
    Soy Sauce: 0.7 fl oz (20 ml)
    Ketchup: 6 tablespoons
    Apple Cider Vinegar: 2 fl oz (60 ml)
    Worcestershire Sauce: 1.4 fl oz (40 ml)
    Tabasco Sauce: A few drops
    Mustard Seeds: 1 tablespoon
    Mix the spices and rub the pork ribs on both sides. Wrap the ribs in baking paper or foil. Bake in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 2.5 hours. Remove the ribs from the oven, cut them into serving pieces, coat them with the glaze on both sides, and return to the oven for about 20 minutes at 480°F (250°C).
