@@tworunningbrooms last year I got pbs in 5k 10k half marathon, & marathon distances, this year, not so good, got a knee January, pretty much a recovery year since I turned 60 can’t complain it’s the first injury in 12-14 years of running that stopped me from running for a few months, I’ve still managed to do 4 half marathons & a 5k I think in running you learn to be super happy with how things are but keep on keeping on to improve things for the future 😀
Well done Dawn, great effort there! I have a soft spot for Redcar Half as I achieved my lifetime PB there back in 2008 - a very different one-lap course through the villages back in those days though.
