  • This video will cover how to create and manage your contacts in Wunderbuild.
    Create and manage your contacts in Wunderbuild. Create contacts as either a client or supplier.
    Manage the phase of your clients by delegating them as a lead, prospect or customer. Manage the details for your client contacts when creating or editing them by adding their name, number, address and what phase of client they are.
    View each client, with details as well as their phase and any jobs that client is attached to.
    Create reminders for your clients
    Manage Supplier contact details when creating or editing them by adding their business name, address, number, email as well as add a category tag to them so you can organise suppliers by category such as plumbing.
    View each supplier, with details as well as their category and any purchase orders that exist for that supplier. Add certifications to your suppliers as well.
    You can import a .csv, .xlsx or .xls file to bulk upload your supplier list or a contact list of clients by uploading your file and matching the fields of your spreadsheet/file to the existing fields in Wunderbuild.
    When uploading spreadsheets any duplicates in your file that exactly match the contacts you already have in Wunderbuild are detected and removed as well.
    Search and find your contacts in Wunderbuild.
