This. I was in a meeting with a Cybersecurity Contractor and they said an INSANE number to our owner, he laughed and tried to fluff him off then the guy took out another laptop, and he showed us a text document with all of our Active Domain passwords.
The owner found the money REAL quick after that.

No one believes in redundancies anymore. We had a major network issue with a carrier here in Canada, the people within the company could not get hold of anyone. No one thought of keeping an outside landline from a different provider in order to establish comms with outside people. It affected TV, Internet, Cellular Networks which had trickle down effects to bank ATM's across the country. It was a catastrophic failure of incompetencies blamed on an "update". I do not buy the update theory.

It came in a very nice box that has a light so when you open it up your new piece is shining as bright as your smile! They also say the weights may vary from whats listed on the website and to my surprise it was actually heavier by a couple grams. There is no other place I will get jewelry from they have a customer for life! Cheers to 20 years Trax

Not surprising from a guy that forces his staff to make videos that look like they are being held at gunpoint in the back of the camera and forced to say things..they all look scared and cringe as fck. I've worked in the legal cannabis industry in Colorado for many years. I've heard dozens of dozens of stories about employees that have stolen from a legal cannabis business whether it was in a grow or a retail shop (dispensary). Cameras everywhere and people still thought they could get away with stealing or leaving something around to potentially be stolen later on... Granted that is different than hackers getting into a website. Cyber security is a massive thing all companies should have that are as successful as Trax NYC. In the legal cannabis industry we also deal with someone hiring people that don't walk the walk from all the talk they did in the interview. Much respect and love to the owner of Trax 💯🙏♥️

If you’re not showing your employees respect and instead yelling at them all the time…. They will not work near as hard for you. Valuable lesson I learned when starting my glass company.
Stop hiring people you think look good and start hiring people with actual experience and turn them into friends, not just “employees”
