Trax gave me terrible customer service and tried to scam me. I went on the live chat and started talking to someone about an item I wanted and got a price of $1250. Then they said let’s text on your phone instead of live chat and when I said to send me the invoice the price skyrocketed to 4900!
I asked to talk to somebody over the phone and they didn’t want to. They then said they would lower the price to 3700. I said that’s not what we talked about then they said I’ll take care of you and drop it to 3500.
I couldn’t believe it. They still won’t call me.
Something tells me a lot of his employees are trying to skim money off the top and do backdoor deals.

Im gnna start with, I AM NOT A BUSINESS OWNER, and i can fully believe that being one is crazy stressful. However, theres gotta be a better way to communicate with your team. Wen the guy leading the ship is stressed out yelling and swearing, the employees feel it too and it makes everybody tense, which is wen mistakrs will happen. I dno, thats just my two cents 🤷🏽♂️ oh and ive been around both kinds of leadership

@blue.5768 I see what ur saying, but I believe that once a good business model is in place it's easy to continue on that path of making money. I also think from time to time it's not super bad thing to show ur team that u have a bit of spice and that ur not to be fooled with since it's YOUR capital and reputation that's on the line, and NOT the employees. I currently know a couple ppl who ran crews in their 20s, and they admittedly loved yelling at guys. So much so that they'd make grown men cry and have them despise them. They've since changed their ways and went back and apologized to these ppl, ppl who they made themselves believe they weren't shit because how bad and often they got yelled at. Now, they've sharpened their leadership/communicating skills, and they always get their way without even raising their voice in the slightest. And the same leaders who screamed at and berated guys, say they feel much more dignified and better doing it their current ways. Once again, just my two cents...👊🏽🙏🏽

People hate working!!! Others are jealous of you and act that way at work!!! Some are working, but it's overwhelming them and they are trying to survive till they get off for the day!!!! I finally realized this after my last team all quit on me and said I work to much 😆

you don’t show respect to people who basically disrespect you behind your back. max built that business from the dirt with blood sweat and tears. it’s part of him. so when he sees people no playing their parts and neglecting basically his life’s work. obviously he’s pissed and has to lay down the law on people. why would you show respect to people that disrespect you/your business. if they recognized the sacrifices and the work max put in to build that business and give people careers they wouldn’t slack off and try to hang on for the ride. they would push the ride further and faster

I love this new series. Gives me some great real world knowledge that I can learn from and Iimplement into my future plumbing business.
There is software out there that will count all the calls, how long the call is, record it, and give you a dashboard run down for every person daily. I've worked at companies with that software and it weeds out the bums.
It's kinda crazy how trax doesnt have a virtual voip/call log software going. Literal first step if hes trying to do ecommerce and over the phone sales.
The employee testimonials of what they think of Max sound like forced hostage statements lmaoooo
I run a company as well and I understand his frustration 100% of what I have learned is that SOMEONE (either the owner or somebody very close to the owner) Has put these people in positions that they are currently in and their work effect typically reflects that of what is allowed within the company
This is just a symptom of whatever issues there are.
Of course, the actual people are to blame, but if the GROUP are all doing the same thing, it’s deep-rooted issue

I ran a contact center for a sales desk using cisco uccx. You can always have a dashboard displayed on a TV with all metrics and a leader board with top agent lists that handled calls ect. This can light a fire under your team to get on board with a little competition.

💯 phone audits are a great way of making sure basic needs of customers are being taken care of. It so hard finding passionate people in the jewelry business. Trax came through for me last month. Was shopping for an anniversary gift about 10 days out from our special day and found a necklace which I placed an order for. Based on the 10-15 day manufacturing time, I wasn't expecting it to arrive on time. Left a note on the order saying it would be appreciated if it could be delivered by the 24th. Sure enough it arrived that very day, and the necklace was gorgeous and the packing was amazing. My girl has been wearing it everyday. Much love TraxNYC!!

Suggestion: make a bot to answer to general questions, the common questions that can be resolved without customer service that can be redirected to a FAQ page on the answer if that doesn't do the job escalate that to a live customer service. If possible on the non-working hours doing the night it writes the problem to a database to later be answer by a live customer service agent.

It's so hard to find good help. It's terrible. Often people don't care or hate. So they want to see your business fail. Rarely do you find someone who will treat it like there own. Karmic debt is real and it will be paid.
