THE BEST AFRICAN PEANUT SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients
Oil
1 Medium sized onion
1 Large capsicum/Ball pepper
2 Cloves of crushed fresh garlic
1.5 Cups of Italian pasta sauce
1 Litre ( .26 og a Gallon ) of vegetable stock
6 Grinds of black pepper
1/4 of a teaspoon of chili powder
1/4-1/3 of a cup of brown rice
1/2 a cup of crunchy peanut butter

As they say he tried ooo... But darling he wants to make Maffe/Mafi (one of my favorite 'French' West African dishes) n this is no where near to it. He is making tomato sauce with a spoon full of peanut butter stirred into it basically. Oh well. Cool, eat it with gratitude and appreciation others are starving n desperate with nothing.
