Discover Star Wars Screen Entertainment, a 1994 release by LucasArts Entertainment Company and Presage Software Development, Inc. This nostalgic software was available on CD-ROM or 3.5″ diskette, features iconic A New Hope-themed screensavers. Compatible with Windows 3.0+, Microsoft Windows 95, and Macintosh System 7.0+, it allows users to customize elements like star count and speed. Although it isn’t interactive, the program's R2-D2 icon adds a charming touch, especially in the Jawas option. Initially promoted as Star Wars Screen Saver, this software also includes real storyboards and script excerpts from A New Hope.
Presented is Storyboards: Real storyboards from A New Hope, alongside the script.
I don't remember this. Seems pretty darn cool.
It came in a collection of Lucas Arts games I have from the 90s. I never looked at the screensavers till recently.
