Congratulations! This is exactly something that I want to do. I'm so ready to pack up & move out of NY, it's too darn expensive. I do not know where exactly I want to relocate, but somewhere in the south find a lil piece of land & find a fairly good used mobile home to purchase & live my life in content. Once again, Congratulations!!!
We know a lot of family and friends who move back south because it's so expensive to live in the big cities. You can do it! Hubby and I did our research and made this decision base on our retirement plans and this was the best option for us. Thanks for watching and stay tune for more updates!!

@@Tobywedinikki that's so crazy, because NC is the first state that I am interested in. Really do NOT want to move to VA, I went to college there, I love VA that's where my family roots are. I do NOT want to move to the mid west really do NOT like the west coast, I do NOT want to move to SC nor overrated Georgia & top on my list I definitely do NOT want to move to Florida!!! So, NC is looking real good on my list. Thanks, this must be some sort of clarity for me....🤗🤗🤗

I like that mailbox. It reminds me what my grandparents had when they built there brick home in the 60’s. They had a brick enclosed mailbox. I think y’all are doing the right thing to get it bricked in. It helps keep the animals out from underneath plus it makes it look more like a home.
We decided to do brick for style and security purposes.

Good choice that's a modular Home built much better than a mobile, mobile single and double wide come fully assembled, modular are assembled on site and anchor to foundation built to last 👍🏽

I just randomly looked at this channel and got excited about your experience. I would love to see the final outcome. U most definitely will be following. I was surprised that your family was thinking it was in line with our We live in DC and have plans to move to either SC or Georgia + in the country time love and purchase a mobile home. I bought land and a really nice used mobile home 1800 plus square feet nice fenced in yard with a nice shed 80k and i will be paying it off next year and thinking about getting me another one or a piece of land and build a small home. Yep that's the way to go if you can't or just not willing to go with a house but sick of paying rent. I have so much room

I just came upon your channel and I want you to know we sold a 2 story home in 2016 and paid cash for a double wide manufactured home in South Jersey where our lot rent is 800.00 a month and its the best! Good luck
