Hej Todderbert, and thanks for the AM bandscans i miss the AM band here in Sweden and I think it's a shame that Sweden ended its AM broadcasts. The Eaton FR-250 looks very nice and I don't have an Eaton radio yet, but I'm checking out the Eaton radio brand. It would be great to have an Eaton radio take care Todderbert and have a nice evening greetings from Nils.
I picked up one of these years ago at a thrift store,it was complete with all the 'tips' and the black carrying case. It came in handy during the power outage in my area(near western suburbs of Chicago) this summer. The phone charging is for obsolete cell phone types but I have them all. Love hearing an AM scan in our area but of course you get more Wisconsin reception. Liked hearing Mike Scott giving the news on AM560. Looking at the prices on Ebay,I think the 5 bucks I paid for it at a Goodwill was a steal.
That's a very stylish 😎 way to get through a power 💪 outage. Buying one for the car is also a great idea 👍, in case of emergency. Might be able to DX while out there. How much is this? Your friend, Jeff.
You start out your video saying there's plenty of things to listen to yet you're running the a.m. bands I understand there's nothing on shortwave in the daytime but even at night time "a lot of things to listen to" seriously? Be honest, medium wave and shortwave dxing is about done 😊

The old WKZO test suggests that the CCrane 2E pulled that station in better. However, that is one nice old school radio.

with this solar activity, there is more on the SW bands than in the last few years. Not comparing SW now to the 1980s.
