fellow grandmaster here , this technique is easy to counter , as ukraine spam a tons of troops , put your mil spending max , recruit best attack general (best if he has agressive mod.) upgrade your infantary up on tech tree as much as possible , dont forget to justifie on russia at the start of the game , declare on him and get moscow (dont just go straigt to it , capture cities on the way due to attrition) . you should be able to defeat him in 2019 (most rage quitted)
