I will explain in a small way. so after you became an country justify a microstate near your country wait for it complete, then some make basic factors, use policies that help the factory that makes resource produce more. After the factory done use the civ factorys to trade, get around "10mil" The most important part is doctrine use different doctrine like static or spec focus on your stab and tech try to research in some infantry to they will gain upper hand and winning the war is how depends in your skills. select units that have multiple divisions in them, hold shift and click in random locations, then press form line
