    I think we generally have the intuition to overcome our problems. It’s great that your videos are short and to the point.

      Real intuition is amazing. The trick is to know how to recognize it. I did an episode on the subject a while back. You may want to check out "Emotions and mastery." Thanks for watching!

    Yes yes, I will either find a way or make a way! So true, at the core we are overcomers, yet we forget and get lost in faulty thinking. Thanks for another great video 🙏

      If the game is stacked, it's stacked in our favor. We are here, with the capacity and the opportunity to be victorious.

    This is a helpful way to handle feeling overwhelmed. Now I need to write it down and apply it 🙂

    What if one remembers all of the times one faced a novel problem in the past, and instead of approaching it appropriately (facing it, dealing with it, being resourceful in solving it, etc.), one remembers how one collapsed and gave up or dealt with it in a helpless manner? What if those memories daunt and overpower, like an imprint? Can that be undone? (smh, asking for myself here, as I have rather low s.e. about this issue) I guess one can forgive a past self... Thank you for the tip to refocus attention on one's own ability and capacity--that is incredibly helpful in changing for the better, for facing a new day as a renewed and more resourceful self.

      Hi, Zephyrdoll. That's a fair question. If you haven't done so already, you might want to check out my episodes "How to believe in yourself when you have no good reason to" and "How to use your emotions to make better decisions." Hope they help.

    I used the same thinking when I was younger and totally afraid of learning how to drive.

    God can also make ways you could never imagine. You are not alone. Army of angels fight for you, and you don't even recognise.

    Dr. Orion sir, do you have any video about the nature of inspiration?

    • @psychacks
      @psychacks  2 роки тому +2

      I don't think I do, but inspiration is an interesting topic. Let's see if anything comes to me on the subject. 😅

      @@psychacks Thank you doc. Maybe first start with how to differentiate inspiration from motivation. I can't tell if they are internal, or external. I'm curious about it because I'm a fan of watching youtube content on psychology but not necessarily fun of reading scientific journals. 🙏

      Hm. Approaching women can be nerve-wracking, but it is a skill that you can learn. If you haven't already, you might want to check out my video "Be afraid of your fear."
