Wow, the first minute and 40 seconds was all I needed to snap out of the mindset of lack and self loathing. I needed that reminder that we’re all here going through different hardships in life and that none of us are perfect or have it easy in this life, that we’re all insecure about something in our lives. I’m writing this before I watch the rest of the video but the first minute alone helped alleviate some of the anxiety in my life. Thank you for this! 🙏🏾🤌🏾

I used to be very confident in myself. After 1 bad day, almost all my confidence is gone. I felt like im losing myself. When i asked for help, their response just made it worse. Im still struggling with it. I cant have fun with conversations anymore. I cant make jokes, or being sarcastic cuz im not confident and its just frustrating. Maybe because im starting to hate myself. I used to love myself even tho i thought i didint.

Every day and every way make it a constant effort to build your confidence. And your mind will eventually give you ways to make your confidence stronger. Just be patient! You can do it!!! Dont listen to the negative thoughts! Only listen to your positive thoughts, keep saying and thinking positive thoughts!

I am as confident as I would like to be but I have a problem, even know I can deal with people confidently I just don't know what to say. If only I knew what to say in the right situations I could be so much happier. Have I just not learned what to say like other people have or does this mean there is something wrong with me?
I think you might be overthinking it. Whenever I let loose and stop trying to give the perfect response, things come out. You may not give the right response but over time with experience you will learn to give the response you want. For now though, I would say just don't overthink it and let loose. It doesn't need to be the perfect response, it just needs to be you
