I hesitated to comment because I am not going to defend or explain my spirituality, but I have basically been a practicing occultist for many many years and I am going to tell you that yes, spirits live with us every day I would honestly not think that a spirit would be so devoted or protective over a piece of clothing. I would maybe give your house a little cleanse and I realize that a lot of people don’t believe in this, but what is it gonna hurt? I know that I have spirits a lot of them out where I live, and I moved here about five years ago. Some of them were not necessarily evil, but more playful like pranksters, and they would torment my cats. Animals and babies can clearly see spirits it’s not until we are told that spirits aren’t real and it was your imagination blah blah blah that kids say that wasn’t real… regardless of all of that I don’t think that a spirit would have access to do you harm unless you allowed them in .. so as stupid, as this may sound to some people when I initially moved in my house My cabinets would open and close and then stay open and I would basically say out loud. If you’re going to be here I would appreciate it if you would respect my home and quit torturing my damn cats.😂😂
Ok, I'm a psychic medium. The first thing is, since we live in a physical realm, make sure there are no physical causes or no over dramatic reactions to the event. (The over drama will skew your perception pretty quicky😊) That being said, items can carry energetic vibration from previous owners. Not everyone will perceive this , because not everyone is sensitive to the more subtle energy waves that are around us. I have written several articles for Llewellyn publications. One of the articles that I wrote covered this exact topic. I'm thinking that it was in their 2013 Magical Almanac. BTW, not all visually dark energy is bad. Sometimes, very strong energy can be visually perceived as dark. ❤
Yes they can. When you bring in items you should clean them and demand any demons to leave. Hold on to your faith, God will remove all evil, pray and you have the power to rid of demonic spirits
Items can definitely carry the spiritual influence of the owner. have had this happen twice and I got rid of the items. Happened to My daughter too. She purchased a very old Victorian purse and ( I swear this is true) after having it in her home, she began to have panic attacks. I was praying for her one day and in my mind, I saw that purse!!! Told her to get rid of it. 😳😬
Did she get rid of and did her panic attacks go away.
She would not get rid of it because she didn’t think the purse had anything to do with it and she still has occasional panic attacks.
Absolutely. I believe all of that stuff. Even way before I started reselling- it goes all the way back to being a kid-I’ve had experiences in houses and with (apparently) haunted items that scared the crap out of me, but there have been times when it was kinda cool. Experiences that just can’t be explained otherwise. It got to be easier to handle as I got older and experienced more of it. If you’re the type of person who can feel negative energy from a living person when you walk into a room, then you’re the type of person who is sensitive enough to feel the energy left behind on an item owned and loved or unintentionally left in a room by someone who is no longer. It doesn’t always mean that it’s an intelligent energy source-sometimes it’s residual, meaning it’s basically just an echo of the energy left behind, but everything everywhere is made up of energy and you can’t always see it. Think of sound waves and radio waves; wind, electricity, the list goes on. They say there are two types of paranormal energy: intelligent and residual. Think of residual as a stain left behind by something that won’t wash out and intelligent energy would be an actual ghost or spirit or whatever the thing is that leaves our body when we pass away. I dunno. Some probably think I’m crazy, but it’s usually only the ones who haven’t experienced anything and likely aren’t sensitive enough to see or feel it. There are too many studies of people who have, in a clinical sense, died and came back who have experiences to tell us about and after my own personal experiences, there’s too much evidence for me to believe otherwise and just like people, there are good and bad. If you are a person who seems to feel emotions more than others and/or are an empathetic person, it’s likely you’re going to sense paranormal experiences more than others as well. It’s both a blessing and a curse.
Walk around and bless all of your rooms. From basement to attic. Open the windows so the spirits can release. After wards sprinkle salt around your doors and windows to ward off evil spirits. You can also buy 4 quartz crystals and put them in the 4 corners of your property while saying a protection prayer.
Crystals only bring in a high ranking demon that does more complicated things. And you will know after 3am.
I went to a Paranormal conference and spoke to John Zaffis, who used to have a show about haunted items. He said it is really rare to have haunted items
Yes ! I had terrifying end of the world dreams after picking up some wooden kitchen chairs at First Mondays in Canton TX. The dreams happened every night until I burned the chairs.
Weird, but when my son was only 8, he stopped going to the Goodwill with me...He had never been around a dead person, NEVER been to a funeral even..He stopped going because he said "That store smells like "dead people"..AW, he does not remember that, he is 38 now!
My nephew did similar when he was about 5 or 6…except he just said “it smells like people in here” with a horrified look on his little face. Dunno….I think kids can sense/feel/see things and it gets lost in most people as we get older. But also that just could have been his reaction to to the mothball/old people smell that many thrift stores have🤭
I talk about this very sort of thing on my channel. If the hooded figures reappear don't ignore that sort of energy showing up, it can effect you on a very subtle level and you may not realize it. Very awesome that you had the ability to see them, indicates you have real sensitivity that you could develop further. But again don't put up with dark forces in your home, hopefully they will go when you get rid of the nightgown.
Estate sale items are the culprits for me. Bought 3 beautiful silk Hermes scarves that I swear refused to be separated. I got them ironed, took pictures and before I listed them noticed they had moved closer on the shelf. This went on a few more times after being listed so I took down the listings, framed them all together and they now hang in our entry way.

I have thrifted and collected antiques for the better part of my life, and have often wondered whether the items I have, contain residual energy from the past. I haven’t had any odd occurrences, but I don’t see how it can’t be. I’m a firm believer in the transference of energy among things on this planet, and beyond. However, (and I know this sounds even crazier), I believe there is energy in my house that counterbalances any irregularities.
Absolutely!! I gave my friend who collects dolls an antique doll that was given to me by a client. My friend about a month later starts telling me she thinks the doll is haunted. I think back to where I got the doll and was like, oh shit! While I was working in the house I had a small metal coffee carafe fly off of a shelf out of nowhere and nearly hit me in the head. I had just acquired the doll and it was sitting next to my purse, My friend decided that the doll didn't like being in a tote with the other dolls so she took it out and hasn't had a problem with it since. It stopped setting off her oven alarm at 2 a.m. and banging things around in the room where it was kept.
Yes indeed!! I sent you Palo Santo when you you moved and lavender. You were having issues with that house. I would burn the Palo Santo if you still have it.
Few years ago I was in a antique store. I saw an old mirror as soon as I walked in. When I was leaving, checking out the mirror caught my eye again. I got it, it was like I couldn’t leave that store with out that mirror I set in in my back floor and all the way home I kept looking threw the rear view mirror at the back seat. I kept feeling like someone was setting in the back seat. I kept getting a feeling there was something attacked to the mirror. I eventually put it in a extra bed room I didn’t use. At night sometimes I would here noise coming from the other end of my house. I sold the mirror to my cousin when I took it to her I told her, “I’m not gonna say it’s haunted but I’m not gonna say it’s not either. What ever it was I did t feel it was evil or anything I just did t like being able to feel any energy from it. I have also felt the same feelings in a certain cemetery I visited once. Like someone’s there that u can’t see. I even got a mental picture of a women at the grave yard and a smell. Like a very old smell. A smell I remembered as a child being in a really old house
Yes. My daughter started having nightmares & didn’t want to go to bed. She said there was a monster under her bed. I walked around the room & thought about what had changed & realized my mom had given her a clay statue that gave me the feeling of aztec design. I took the statue out & smashed it; we prayed & she never had a nightmare again in that house.

I do worry about this for household items and especially jewelry, but I never even considered it for clothing.
I think it can happen. I’ve just never had it happen to me. You can sage new “used” items you are bringing in. That might help.
I have had items carry energy from different types of things so I understand what you mean, energy can be strange if it's been with someone for years even jewelry I had a ring was a old fashion set that I've always loved the looks of,well my lucky feeling in started to change I was angry an upset I don't think it's owner wanted me to have it,
I finally sold it to a pawn shop,even thou I loved that set there was bad juju connected.. so I totally understand!

You need to clear the old energy from the items, burn sage. If you have a problem with ghosts use black obsidian stone they do not like it at all.

Yes ! Objects of any kind may carry energy. I've delt with spirits all my 53 years of life. If i were you i would of turned your bedroom lights on & kept them on before & after using the bathroom & i would if definitely removed the haunted piece of clothing immediately & tossed it in a bag outside to dump it later in the day at a public dumpster. Keeping haunted items longer in a home will make things worse depending. The sooner you get rid of an item, in this case your dress, the better. You're silly still wearing it till the morning lol. I used to believe in that stuff many years ago, used to watch a TV show about it too. But after I had been a reseller for a few years, I thought about it and realized nothing had happened to me personally to support the hypothesis, so I kind of let go of the belief that energies could really attach to objects. But I absolutely believe in spirits. I also believe my items find their rightful new owners somehow. Every time I have an item that has been around a while, and I think about it, touch it, look at it, etc., it sells within a few days. I can't explain that.
I have heard this is a true thing although I have not experienced it myself. With that being said I have had a few experiences in houses. It sounds to me like you have something in the house. Maybe it came with an item who knows but I would get anointing oil, or whatever your preference is to cleanse, and I would go around each and every room/area of the house. Also the perimeter of your property. I've done it several times when I felt it needed it. I wouldn't take any chances burn the dress!!
Also I agree with opening the windows while you do this to let the bad spirits negative energy out! I have witnessed this before and I am a believer!!
Very scary, I have not witnessed it myself, but have heard of others talk about it, especially old mirrors, I’m going to stop thrifting , I have enough stuff, certainly don’t need Amy of this going on, I have to say, I’m shocked you were wearing that dress while doing this video, especially when that was the vision that came up, it would have been out of ,y house ASAP
100% YES! It absolutely does happen. I got an antique bedroom set, and I totally thought I was losing my mind when I would be just settling down to sleep and it felt as if someone was climbing into bed with me! I never said a word about it, but was certain that I was going to resale it because it happened every night. So about 5 days in, I was talking to my niece, who happens to be a medium, and SHE asked if I had acquired a new bed recently...since it came totally out of nowhere, I hesitated before I answered yes. She said she could feel the presence of a young girl and that she would even climb in bed with me!!! True story!! But after hearing "her story" she told me that she wasn't aware that she had passed from an aneurysm in her sleep and instructed me on how to send her to the light...I did as she said and it never happened again. I still have my beautiful bedroom suite and peacefully sleep alone 😊

I bought a Vtg rose old cold cream jar yrs ago . I placed it on my fireplace & it flew off the fireplace in the center of my den floor . I also bought a vhs Angels tapes . The outer case flew on top of my TV . I got rid of both items .
Recently I bought a turqouise inlay cross pendant from what not. The first chain it came with broke. I put another chain and that one broke not long after I put it on. I decided to stop wearing it, it creeped me out. About 2 weeks later I found the exact on again on what not, but much cleaner and newer looking (polished, im sure). I bought the new one and in waiting for it to get here. I hope the new stays on. I thought how odd that I found the exact one since it was old and random. If this one falls off, I will be getting rid of both of them. Lol

The Bible teaches there are demonic influences in the world. Idols or things used in occult rituals can bring them in your home. When you saw those grim reapers call our in Jesus name and they will leave. Demons are nothing to mess with.

I’d totally buy haunted items. I know in India they believe you shouldn’t own a lot of clothes from a deceased person. I have bought alleged haunted items but never had any experiences. I was typing this out when you mentioned the dress. So yeah that’s totally a thing 😂

Yesss I've assisted many souls with crossing them over when I sensed them attached to some jewelry. When it would happen I would hold the jewelry and see flashes of the person's life and just get some "knowings" about them. Then I learned a healing modality that involved crossing earthbound spirits over so I started communicating with them and asking if they wanted help crossing over. Fascinating stuff lol

Absolutely! I rarely buy new (other than clothes) because I love the feeling I get from an item. New things feel "dead" to me. The f I nal.straw in my last marriage was when my now ex wanted to buy a newly built house. I just can't stand how I feel in newly built items, or new furniture!
Why wouldn’t you want to infuse only your energy into things? That is part of the reason I would LOVE to buy a new house and have only my family’s good energy vibes!
