Margaret, I am so grateful that you keep it real in your vids! My husband "helped" me by moving stuff & an item that sat for over a year suddenly got 4 people interested. I was mortified when I had to tell a potential buyer I couldn't find it. Thank you for helping me not beat myself up over not being perfect ❤
I know how you feel about the "below seller" standard, which IMO is an old holdover from ebay's early days and need to be removed. It should ONLY apply to store owners and the big guys, but you're not you should be considered a Hobby business. Not under the microscrope for how well you sell.
I've written them about this. It's punitive. There are people who are full time sellers - let them fall under that standard category.
A lot of things EBAY does is holdover from their early auction days. It's the ONLY platform that micro-manages your sales on its site.

I completely understand your process, I moved from Waco TX and had to get rid of a lot of inventory because I didnt even know where I was going to live yet. It was a big struggle organizing everything again, but now I can say I am happy where I am at. You are doing a great job thank you for sharing. 😊
Hello from Waco Tx. I’m a reseller and I wondered if there was any other resellers in the area. I’m an 81 great grandmother subsidizing my SS. And found out that I’m really enjoying reselling. It gives me something to stay busy and get out of the house and money to try to keep up with all the high cost of everything.

Just started on Ebay and I am not liking it to much. I get more views on Mercari. I deleted my poshmark not like it to much as well.
@susanphelps9674, I have had the same issue with eBay, not as many views as Mercari, and I have been reselling on that platform for more than 20 years. I also deleted my Poshmark because I wasn't getting views or sales. I feel like eBay is trying to generate revenue through getting us to "promote" our listings for an additional fee. I don't agree with that strategy, but I guess they are going to do what they feel is right for them.

How do you organise your jewellery so you no how to find it as i got in same way as you below standard for lost items i got to close my store and sort it out and want to find a good storage and sorting system for jewellery as it so easy to lose stuff
