@@claudiaglows thank you for your tips. I just got a doctor pen and I am trying to learn all I can before I start. That is a great idea. Thank you! It was mindbending trying to figure out how the device could create punctures/'channels" instead of tearing when it is dragged. I couldn't imagine that the needles extended and retracted so rapidly that this was the case. Thank you for solving the riddle - that banana looked delicious.
I never understood while people were dragging it because it is just dragging medically sharp needless across your face. By stamping not only it does less damage but it also gives you less redness on your face, heals faster and potentially safer for your skin so you don't get an infection on your face...
i believe its because they see professionals gliding, but these are not professional tools. they must be stamped, because they tear when you glide it unlike professional ones. however, gliding does seem to get a lot more surface area, unfortunately it’s not safe to do at home.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO KNOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! It didn't make sense to me how dragging the tool across the skin would work. the needle moves way too fast, and it's just going to create lines an tears in the skin. Thank you so much for confirming my suspicions!
In what way do you feel It helps ? Sorry if you have a video on this but I just started following you and didn’t have a chance to see all your videos . What serum do you use same time with micro needling?
Hi Aline, I am happy you are here. You are right, I actually have a whole playlist on microneedling. In a nut shell, micorneedling is also known as collagen induction therapy. By causing a controlled injury to the skin, the skin reacts with a cascade of reactions, which eventually leads to more collagen and elastin production. Regular medical microneedling (using a needle length of 0.5mm or longer) has done wonders for my skin. It has made it thicker, more resilient, has helped with texture and fine lines. When medical microneedling a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is usually used for slip. I use cos de baha. I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have more questions. Wishing you a wonderful day x
@claudiaglows I went to a dermatologist doctor to get microneedling and he did the dragging/scraping technique. I understand that this is standard practice but why?! All of the videos I see of dermatologists/nurses/estheticians all use the dragging/scraping method. Why?!
Where do you buy the cos de baha in Europe? Also, could you make a comparison video from the M8 vs A6s?! On the website it says the minimum Rpm for the a6s is 16000, while the max for the m8 is 15000. So I wonder if really the speed one for a6s is faster than speed 5 on m8. Thanks so much!
Hi, unfortunately, don’t think you can find it in Europe. I have an American address where I send it to. As far as the two pens, performance why they are very similar. But I can definitely talk more about them in a few future video.
