- Thanks for watching.. In this video I share with the Timbuk2 Clark Commuter. This pack is geared toward the bike commuter however I think it makes an excellent everyday carry pack for anyone. The pack is made of top quality materials courdura, YKK zippers, TPU coating. Timbuk2 also includes a rain fly with this pack which is made of durable construction. I only have two gripes for this pack. Overall this pack is pretty excellent!

It's an endless journey.. Thanks for watching TJ.. See ya ✌🏾
I have been using Peak Designs 30 L Everyday back pack and love it! But I have Version 1. I think they took some steps backwards with Version 2.
@@TaeKwonMoe I agree 100%. That seems to be a trending thing amongst pack manufacturers. I know manufacturers are always in a constant flux of innovation, but a little tweak here, and a tweak there seem to make using the newer iteration of a pack less intuitive.
Me too.
Such a thorough, detailed and helpful post, George! Thanks so much for helping me make the crucial everyday-carry/moto decision.
This video singlehandedly got me to purchase this bag. Great, thorough, and unbiased review.
You're the only one with a video review of this backpack 🙂
Thank you, it helped me decide and I pulled the trigger.
Thanks for the great review! I’ve watched a few of your Timbuk2 reviews today. I really appreciate how well thought out and wholesome they are. It’s hard to find great reviews discussing all aspects of the bag. Thanks for spreading the positivity.
Thanks for watching Alyssa and yep I do respond to comment.. Be Safe ✌🏾
You do a great job George, tell it truthfully , thank you for all you do
My mom always told me to tell the truth! LOL See ya Michael..
This is a really high quality bag review video George, bravo!
I have seen way to many reviews on way to much stuff... but you my friend have made probably the best review i have seen. Well done and thank you!

Thank you for this George
Excellent review. Thank you!
This bag is practical, simple and what looks like highest of materials and built. It's super comfortable and aero.
Hahah George the intro was spot on! Lol great review as always man! Love your channel!

Great review. Solid content and much appreciated
Really nice review, thanks for the video!
Congrats on 6K. YOu deserve it!
Jimbo it was hard work.. But fun.. Thanks for man See ya
Great item to have in our weekender horse trailer!
Hey George! You can silence that velcro by going to your local Target/Walmart/whatever and buying a roll of one-sided velcro (probably in the crafts department). Then you just cut enough off the roll to place on the hook/loop part of your pack to silence it. Keep up the great work!
Thanks! Going to try that on this Mission Workshop pack I just got! See ya
Gwannie , 70 from Detroit, Mi., now E.Coast! Dealing with Gr.Babies & my ART /Outdoor Hustle ! A bit HUGE , but NICE !
Can't go wrong with Timbuk2. My messenger bag is nearly 30 years old now and for 3/4 of that time it got daily use. It took me nearly 30 years to wear through the stitching. They used a three panel design that is stitched together. Its only drawback.
I ordered the Timbuk2 Robin for myself, 20L bag with a flap that closes with fidlock magnets, seems really nifty but sadly I don't think they can make magnets work on a rolltop bag. Just discovered your channel, I'm also obsessed with backpacks and you are really fun to listen to.
I just discovered your channel. Love it. Subscribed
Thank you for your reviews!
Thanks for watching and your comment Arturo.. See ya man ✌🏾
Heh, you captured that "opening velcro in the office" problem perfectly.
congrats on the 6k subscribers! love the channel
Thanks David.. I appreciate it man.. See ya ✌🏾

George DEFINED there will be more coming your way soon

Love that Eddie Murphy standup 🤣. Pretty versatile bag. Those magnet snaps is a cool feature.
Eddie is the KING! Thanks for watching Joe.. See ya
Good review George!
Thanks Jim! Appreciate you watching.. See ya
Great video. Indeed lit
Great video! We are always looking for the most commuter-friendly, functional backpack for everything.
I'm always looking.. I have some nice one lined up for the next couple of months.. See ya ✌🏾
Mine gets delivered next week. My Osprey Escapist is on its last legs. I'll let you know.
I love this channel
Always good review. For this bag not suitable for travel because it is not easy for opening the main compartment .
Everytime I watch your latest video & awesome gear reviews, I wonder about those "6k subs" wtf !!
Hey! Slow and steady wins the race! See ya
Loved this review. Just ordered from Timbuk (extra 30% off today!). They need to send you a commission!
I hope you enjoy it man.. Be safe ✌🏾
Another great review! This pack makes me want to pick up a bunch of McDonald's for my friends. The aesthetic is a little plain for me, personally. I'd like to see this pack with a hint of that purple Eddie Murphy jacket on it.
Lol.. you got jokes.. See ya ✌🏾
Great job,thanks
Thanks Mike!
Cool bag. Nice video bro 👍👍👊
Thanks for watching Faisal.. Be Safe ✌🏾
Mister George, great video as always, you remember me a young Bo Ismono or Doug DeMuro (in cars); looking for your on stile. I think the most important aspect of a review is try to show all the features as deep you can, then will be for the viewer to deside if the product is what they are looking for or not.
Thanks Aldo.. Bo Ismono is my HERO! The comparison is humbling.. See ya
“It’s LIT” 😂
Hey good lookin what's cooking??
George DEFINED 😘😘😘😏
I think 1980s Eddie Murphy is the perfect description for TPU! 😄
Yep man.. I can't get down with a lot of shinny materials.. See ya
I see they make you take the bag outside when you wanna open it! 😆
I know right.. See ya ✌🏾
It always blows my minds when companies skip over Hi-Vis! Its like, we have a huge compartment that is extremely deep so lets make it all black so you cant see anything. 🤦🏽♂️ Other than that, dope bag!
They goin to learn today! Thanks for the comment and for watching... See ya Kyle
100% accurate
I like da George guy. LOL 😆
After all this craziness is over, you should host a meet up for our region.
That would be nice! Thanks for the suggestion.. Be safe ✌🏾
Man you should do a review on the north face Kaban, that backpack is lit
Thanks for the suggestion!! I have always liked that one.. See ya
I love George's enthusiasm and the details he went to. But he forgot to mention a few key things:
- The laptop section accessible from the side-zipper is the same folder pocket that's accessible from inside the pack. i.e same pocket or section that's accessible from two places. And not two different pockets.
- I've read in a few reviews that the front of the pack gets scratches very easily and starts to look old quickly. I'm waiting for my pack to arrive in a week, would be able to validate it then.
- And when bag is fully packed, the front pockets are practically unusable.
A year later, any updates on how easily it scratches? I've found a used one for $25 but they said it has some scratches on it. I'm not even sold on this pack, I think it's too big for my needs but that $25 price tag is really staring me down.
I find it similar in design with the Wandrd Prvk.
Thanks for the review George. Super helpful! How tall are you? I'm trying to get a sense of how big that pack is on your frame.
I'm 6 feet
Buat traveling cakep tu Uncle..🤗🤗
Saya mencoba keponakan! Apakah Anda punya saran?
George DEFINED ..Uncle ..saran saya kalau mereview 'cantumkan donk harganya sekalian biar kita tau ...hehehe ...trima kasih Uncle yg baik 🤗🤗🤗
Can you please do a review on the Nike club swoosh backpack
Thanks for the suggestion.. I have added it to my list... It may be a while but I will get around to it.. See ya
i followed for the 32oz nalgene intel
I subbed. Please review the TimBuk2 Ramble Pack (if you can), thanks a million 🙏
I will add it to my list! Thanks man
Hey George do you have any experience with the Robin lightweight pack? I picked that up seems like it’s similar in the material and build of the pack just a 20L day pack. Have you heard of the TPU costing peeling at all in these packs?
I haven't but let me know.. They are basically the same.. See ya
That's a decent pack. Two tweaks that would make it better is if the middle front pocket was bellowed and the roll top had straps that were secured by magnets instead of that noisy a$$ Velcro. Oh and, I see you have my girl Eleanor on the shelf behind you. One.
That is such a sweet car.. Beautiful... The pack is okay too.. See ya
What is the purpose of the 4 loops on the bag? 2 at the sides of the tricot lined pocket and another 2 at the sides of the relflector material?
Good to see 🧔🏾 MAN !
This video is all that and a bag a chips... yeah!
Thank you Sir! and for watching Nick... See ya
The default?
Hey man, Im planning a two week travel, what is your thought between this backpack vs Goruck 2 34 lt, which one would you take? Greetings from México
GO RUCK 2 34L Hands down.. Not even really fare.. lol See ya
Thanks man, keep up the good stuff
Can you review the inside line equipment xpack ????
Thanks for the suggestion... I'll check it out.
Its a cool pack but for me the velcro used for the main compartment is a shame and keeps me from buying Timbuk2s Roll Top Bags.. I wish they could figure something out.
Totally understand Tobias.. Thanks watching and you comment.. See ya ✌🏾
The bike is solid and my Ebike conversion went great. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Very smooth ride at 30mph with no problems (135 miles ridden so far). The picture is a bit deceiving - there is WAY less space in the center of the frame than it shows. The suspension connection takes up the entire thing. So I needed to attach my battery on the bottom of the frame and my controller on the top. Instructions for assembly were lacking but honestly it wasn't too hard to figure out even though I have very little bike knowledge. Watched some youtube videos on adjusting the disk brakes but that was it. Still, I am loving it and very happy with the purchase.
I got a SOG 33 IT KILLS
I like that one too! Is gray man enough to wear in an office environment?
Ain't gonna lie, you had me till that velcro started to rip away...lol. Why on earth didn't they use magnets?
They are trying to keep it watertight but that velcro is a problem.. See ya
Or snap buckles like a lot of outdoor packs.
Great bag. Too big for my EDC tho. I'm around 20L
Yeah man I totally understand... I just started carrying my camera and lens around more so I have been looking at larger packs.. Thanks for watching. See ya ✌🏾
This backpack alone weighs a ridiculous amount just for the "durable materials"
Opt for the lighter timbuk 2 models and save your back
Him: "...it's kinda difficult to pull out."
Me: Ummmhmmm, thats what I say to her all the damn time.
Your killing me 😅
Yo kid you in New York?
Washington D.C. David.. Originally from Texas.. See ya
My bike is cheaper than this backpack 😅
