This mixtape is overlooked. This got him nominated for best lyricist of 2010; it also got him a nation wide tour to open up for Raheem Devaughn, and, most importantly it got him signed to visionary. As a result of this mixtape, he was able to put out the amazing and very well put together Young Sinatra, which launched his legacy. The world was not ready for logic.
God damn. I remember being in the 6th grade listening to this. Playing mw3 and bo2 all night. It was right before I started getting into serious trouble as a kid and I would always listen to logic and other various artists I found cuz of his music and it help me not fall to deep into the street life and also motivated me to start wanting to make music myself. Still remember the entire time in juvenile he dropped under pressure at that time witch was his first mainstream album witch got me thru most of juvenile as I struggled with alot thay I didn't speak about but could always turn on his music and instantly relate. When I got out he had just dropped TITS and I was fortunate enough to have parents that cared, so in turn of me getting s job when I got out and still doing good in school they bought me tickets and I was able to pay them back for that later on as it allowed me to save to buy merchandise and getting to meat him! Sadly we weren't allowed a signature even tho we paid alot of vip tickets and all but, I digress. With all that I was motivated to start putting out my own music in my own style. Not alot of people like it but for me it's a way to cope with things as well as voice things I can't normally communicate in conversation. Needless to say I'm hella grateful that for Bobby and everything he's done and accomplished and can't wait for my the day my own hard work pays off. Beautiful tape, and to those of you who come here with that “Logic your old music was better” bullshit, you may personally like his mixtapes better because of the sound of them but that doesn’t in any way mean his new music is worse. He’s evolved as an artist and I don’t know why anybody expected him to stay the same. Artists who stay the same aren’t remembered and get repetitive to listen to, I appreciate the direction he’s moving in

I think I just have to accept that we will never get that Logic back and I have to listen to his old records to maintain feeling like I felt when I heard that dope shit the first time.
I had Under Pressure, The Incredible True Story, Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever, Young Sinatra: Undeniable,. And I'm just hearing this for the first time and it's already my favorite!

I live with the idea that he isn't gone. He might not release music anymore, but I could easily see him going on a few tours once his kid is older and his family life is more established. You don't grow that big and love your fans that much and just walk away for good.
I heard "Everybody" and came back to this, I'm sorry Logic, but your music was better before. Maybe it just changed because you're happy, married and all that shit...
Realize, his music isn't just music. His music is a story, when he makes an album, he creates a story with it. This is a mixtape, which is just a bunch of songs put into one tape. Logic's album "Everybody" was based after a story he wrote.

[Intro]
"I wrote a bunch of letters but-
I thought it made me look like a fool
So I never mailed any of them out"
I just wanna talk to you girl, mama you know are...I just got something I wanna say...
[Verse 1]
Baby do you remember
Warm summers and cold winters
Songs by soul singers the feeling it still lingers
Elevated by my kiss as you melted between my fingers
Babygirl, sometimes I wish
That I could just rewind this shit and take it back
I had visions but they just faded black
My train of thought is on a different track
When you’re in love it’s hard to separate fiction from fact
Your image in my head, and I’m trynna get rid of that
But you’re always on my mind like a fitted hat
Baby girl, I wanna bring it back to puppy love
When you was sent from up above to care for me
Said that you’d always be there for me
And even though you’re gone, it’s like you never left
Cuz you always in my heart and still take away my breath
[Hook]
Can I love?
Babygirl, can I love?
I said mama can I love?
Yeah, can I love?
[Verse 2]
I wanna laugh with you
Run the water and take a bath with you
Stay up late and watch romantic comedies
When it comes down to it you’re my hearts commodity
Yea, and now I’m feeling like a fool
Writing love letters that you’ll probably never get
And right now, I love you more than I’d like to admit
Because we’re separated
Unto you this song is dedicated
I’m love sick and I need you to medicate it
Feeling devastated
I think about the past and now I hate it
Cause all it proves is that we never made it
See me and shorty got history like a textbook
But lately our positon is changed like that sex book
Ms. Independent she the type to hold her own
Late night contemplating all alone
The kingdom is empty without the queen upon the throne
[Hook]
Can I love?
Babygirl, can I love?
I said, Mama, can I love?"
I'mma ask you, can I love?"
[Verse 3]
They say there’s many more in the sea
But rather then go fish I play solitare
I look around and see you everywhere
But at the same you’re never there
Fingers through your hair
Reminiscing bout when and where
Remember when we pulled up to that spot and did it there
See I hate to watch you walk away
But I love to watch you come
Baby girl you’re so lustful then innocent when it’s done
The love we share is like a fine wine
Cuz no matter what happens, it only gets better with time
Baby girl you’re so fine that I had to take the time
To articulate this rhyme with you in mind, you’re so divine
Ain’t no matter who you’re fucking with
Or no matter who I’m fucking with, you’ll still be mine
Will we make it? I don’t know
The only thing that will tell us is time
[Hook]
Can I love?
Babygirl, can I love?
I said, Mama, can I love?"
I'mma ask you, can I love

Indeed, i love logic and glad hes successful but these mixtapes are so damn good
Well Everybody was more for the people and to be themselves then talking about himself.
Realize, his music isn't just music.
His music is a story, when he makes an album, he creates a story with it.
This is a mixtape, which is just a bunch of songs put into one tape.
Logic's album "Everybody" was based after a story he wrote.
He read "The Egg" by Andy Weir and then he adapted for the album.
That rummy tummy line is crazy
