Mostly ung qa feedback ko is masyadong frank or straight to the point na tipong pgbasa palang ni cx sa first sentence is nkaka disappoint na. Second is ung may mga times na di maintindihan ni cx ung point ko kya as a result nag e-expect sila ng something in return. However, after watching your vid ngaun, ang dami ko na nman natutunan at for sure may improvements n nman ako nto. Hopefully gagawa ka pa ng ibang tips for nonvoice soon, Ms Rea. Never kong iniskip ung video mo coz I know madami ako matututunan. Thanks a lot 💞

I remember applying for a job to a company that specializes in email support but they didn't select me for the job. They replied with a generic email (that sounded auto generated and wasn't signed off by a agent) to let me know I wasn't selected. I replied listing all the things wrong with the email they just sent me and how to improve it. They replied 3 weeks later offering a position with the company lol. I reluctantly denied the position.
The importance of using a customer's name I believe was first mentioned by Dale Carnegie in his great book How To Win Friends & Influence People. This book is as relevant today as it was when it first came out....in 1936. It is pretty short and easy to read. Everyone (including Rea!) should read it. Used copies are everywhere!
Hi Rea I have SN.../SX dishwasher. I have set my program on ECO which is for 3hr 15mins, so when I change the program let's say for example to 1hr setting will not cancel. Basically it should allow me to be flexible and to different program I want to select. So am selecting the program for the wash for 1 hr does not allow me. I have switched off the machine and try to select a different program the 3hr 15 min ECO. Does not clear so I am stuck pls advise. Thks Jas

Rea Ninja I don’t know din po kasi. Nagpapractice ako how to control my voice in answering the phone interview pero di ko magets kasi may time na grammar daw but I always check my grammar naman po before pa dahil pinaghahandaan ko talaga. Medyo nakaka sad lang. Di pa rin ako hired 🙃🙂
