    Brother I recommend learning about something if you haven't yet -- the flow state. It is basically the ability to be so focused in a task that all randomness that is not related to that task is completely ignored by your brain and something very interesting is that self-awareness vanishes. When a person is in this state, he is super expressive to the eyes of others, because the person is not aware of his eyes, face and body. He portions his brain capacity into what is really needed, and the things that were relevant like overthinking about how someone or a group of people thinks of you is mostly gone.
    When in this state, the person improves it's easiness to be in this state, making the person, in the next time, feel less effort and better to be focused. It is actually parabolic this effect -- the more times you are focused in day 1, the more focused you become in day 2, making you even more focused in day 3. But yes, you guessed it right, it also applies to the contrary. That is why in our times everybody has become zombies like you mentioned, killing their brain, making it harder to get out of the never ending snowball.
    That is also why everybody is getting depressed, social anxiety, loneliness or less joy in doing things - because they can't focus on the thing that they are doing, and this is anything -- eating an hamburger, being with a friend, playing football, sex, anything you can think of.
    So, your ability to focus brings more feeling in what you do. It is like an upgrade in your brain, it overpowers everything you can think of. It's also happiness.
    And unironically, being with the people that are in this zombie state actually makes you more zombie very quickly, and surprisingly this can be spread even by watching a person online or reading their texts, so you got to choose the right people online and if possible, the people you are with as well, or teach them.
    And If someone can't sense this with a person it's because he is probably a zombie as well, but once he becomes more flow like, he will be able to identity the zombie in the person.
    A quick test if you want to know if you are affected is to remember the last time you were with somebody and ask yourself: did you feel pressure to make conversation in the silence? If yes, you are zombie enough to be considered affected.
    They know it and they are doing it in purpose - groups of some evil people, and they know it, and nobody is teaching about this.
    I wish to write longer and more things but I find myself still not the best version of myself, that is why I'm watching you brother, I still have zombie inside of me.
    Keep on going brother, I can see you are in a nice way of flow, but getting better is never impossible. I think what you could improve brother, from the previous videos I've watched, is to don't train your social skills, and to just be yourself. What you could do best is to just extend your vocabulary, we are always learning brother.
    I also would like to advice watching interviews on some people like of chess grandmasters, best scientists, a few types of gamers or fighters like Muhamad Ali, and watch how they behave while talking -- they appear so honest and genuine because they are people that are usually in flow a lot of the time. And if you analyse their eye contact, you will notice it feels different than the supposed way of making it, because they are the closest to their human level, without filters. So in flow a lot of times is basically to be a bad actor and to just express yourself in the present moment.

      But I have a question. I enter easily in the state of flow while doing art like drawing but when it comes to study god knows how much I struggle to stay focused. I think one can enter in the flow state if is interested enough on the subject or the work itself.

      ​@@Melinthewonderland Yes there a is main reason for that Melin, is that your brain knows there are stuff you enjoy more that are available in the moment - such as picking up your smartphone, that is always available on your pocket or desk.
      A funny thing is - there are stories of people on concentration camps that enjoyed the whistling of a bird more than ever or sharing a bread crust with the companion on their side, because they had nothing they could find more enjoyable relative to that. There is no such things as boring or funny things to do, it's relative to the present moment.
      You can imagine how the world has changed once smartphones were introduced. And now, in 2024, with all the innovations made by the evil, the zombie state is predominant this current world.
