- I wanted to give you guys a small update. There have been tons of comments talking about my previous video with a more personal take. I just wanted to say I’m fine and working on new content outside of tech. But plan to continue doing my current crop of content alongside it. Hope to see you there!

The last personal upload I made wasn't made in the best mental state and went a little off the rails. I know I can do better for you guys, so I took my camera out back last month and shot this. The last one I shot was for my sanity and was taken down soon after. With this video, I wanted to give you guys a calm and concise update on what's going on so you weren't in the dark and let you know that there are better ways to deal with things. I did reiterate some key points from the previous video since that one is no longer available.
Breakdowns are not to be seen and I should've waited until I reached a state with better mental clarity to address you guys. The internet is a weird place. And I want to do more with my influence than tell you guys what controllers not to buy. Not that I don't enjoy what I do and won't keep doing it, I just want to do more with what the universe has given me.

Hey man just so you know there’s a lot of us out there that have been “through the ringer” so to speak when it comes to mental health and I am one of those people - Thing is, you can never tell just by looking at us. That’s a free life lesson to anyone who happens to read that (not necessarily you specifically lol).
That said, I wanted to take the time and the opportunity to say that video, to me, was inspiring - And I’m not a content creator of any kind except software and I consider that my career rather than my passion lol. Well, I suppose I do enjoy flying my drone around and nobody will EVER understand what that drone means to me as far as my sanity and mental health - I feel confident saying that unfortunately because as I said I’ve been through stuff and I’m a bit older than your target audience but regardless I’m saying maybe to you this passion of yours is what my drone is to me. If so, keep it close to your heart and cherish it. But most importantly, and I speak from experience, do NOT let any garbage corpo suits or greedy businessmen lead you astray. We got this! 😊

Edit: I just finished the video (my smartTV UA-cam app crashed watching it earlier today and I got distracted) - to address your last question of what kind of content to watch, I really like the UA-camr Muye who does BeamNG videos and brings his quirky brand of humor to them and it obviously pulls Gen Z humor’s strings cause he seems to have blown up (rightfully so) in the past couple years. You also have a unique perspective and sense of humor that stems from your wisdom, use that and bring along the new sponsored and unsponsored controllers :). If you do a video on drones and drone controllers feel free to DM me cause boy you’re in for a rabbit hole bro lmao.

Controllers were cool and all but it’s your personality that shone through. You come across as extremely genuine, just unapologetically you. I admire and love that in people. Your humor is top tier. For me at least, just very relatable and personable. You’re the type of person I could be friends with. Anyways you earned my sub a while ago, wish I could promise I’d watch every video but to your point anything can be addictive and I know I need to limit myself of consuming too much UA-cam and other media content lol.

Honestly man expanding what tech you cover is a great idea. I came across your channel when I was in the market for a controller to play Rocket League with on my PC and ended up going with the Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma in white and I absolutely LOVE it. Your reviews were a huge help in deciding which controller I wanted to go for and in the end I am extremely happy with the choice I went with over a year ago. The problem is I really liked your reviews, but once I bought my controller I was no longer in the market for controllers, therefore there was no need for me to continue watching your reviews. You doing reviews of other tech and other things in general gives me a reason to check out your videos again.
Also, I was addicted to weed as well from age 17 and only quit fully at like age 24 I think. Take your time man you will figure a lot of things out throughout your 20s, and you will find tons of clarity, I know I did. Good luck man, excited to see what kind of content you end up putting out 👍

i'm looking to get a new controller, specifically for the nintendo switch. i play smash bros and use input heavy FGC characters. which would you recommend the most for this? side note: the left stick ends up breaking from doing command inputs.
i can't use gamecube controllers btw. they feel too awkward for me.

Found you a couple years ago through your elite series 2? video. Loved your controller reviews seemed more personal then other reviewers. I might not be a fan of lego content but ill definitely stick around for any tech related content. Keep up the good work glad your in a better place now.
u should do ytb documentary type vids. the way u speak, and ur voice are absolutely perfect for them. you also seem more than smart enough to make good ones (considering some of the most popular ones are total rtards)

By the way, if you appreciate a bit of wisdom from me: Don't choose happiness, choose reasonable challenge. If you sit in your happy zone, the zone will shrink. You have to leave that bubble and challenge your skills. The happiest moments in your life are oftentimes the ones, where you overcame great challenge to achieve something great. However don't choose misery, either. Reasonable challenge is what you're aiming for.

Also your channel is still young, in it's prime where extreme experimentation is almost a necessity sometimes. Controller reviews are dope, but I think you are made out for more definitely.
If need be, backlog fully edited videos and do a steady release of content. There's always gonna be subgroups demanding a particular piece of content you produce, but just keep doing what you want. Eventually ur shit will blow up man, you're inevitable.

For what it is worth: as you get older, your brain gets tired-er & you become less creative and it js harder to find inspiration. Your 20's are your peak creative years, so you should lean into whatever content creation rabbit holes you feel like. If you don't, you will regret it in your 40's when you sit down to work on a story you put off & every word you think of is bland.
I feel like i have a nice balance between me doing the “bad” stuff and actually being a functioning healthy human being .
