Well I'm 67 and absolutely loving them. Would definitely wear them myself and be perfectly happy. Great video showing your skills once again. Very therapeutic watching 😊 👍
Pretty sharp, I like how they turned out. Not really my style, so I doubt I'd wear them, but they look really cool. I've become kind of a fan of using the soft Vibram sole as a sort of midsole, with a thin rubber sole on the outside. It's a good look.
I'm so confused right now about what I've just seen. I just saw wedge soles get put on, which I'm sure that I don't like, but I think I like these. Seriously amazing work! I hope it was fun!
I like the uniqueness and creativity of the design quite a bit. There is a lot to be said about owning a one-of-a-kind item, in particular one of high quality and utility. Excellent video, thanks.
A great customisation G I can’t say I hate them they do look like they’d be comfortable but not to my taste but excellent work just what the customer wanted 👍
I couldn't get past that blue material. Reminds me of the Crocs you resoled. Cool resole but the base shoe doesn't change sooooo... keep being creative. ✌
The video quality and camera work is quite good. I enjoy your videos when the music is kept to a minimum, and you talk us through the process and quality of the shoes being worked.
Fine work indeed. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding and tip top. I agree with the clear and accurate assessment of Loake's as being 'bad boys'. The build quality and material composition are on the low side compared to a fine pair of Edward Green or Gatsiano & Girling. Even Allen Edmonds and Cheaney are superior. Thankfully such an unorthodox re-craft was carried out on just a pair of Loake's at least. Credit to the owner for asking for a re-craft though.
I love them…..but only on boots, not dress shoes Starting to see this here in America more often Looks like a house leather midsole, a Vibram Christy sanded smooth, then a Vibram 148 on top? 🤔🤷🏼♂️
Awesome Vid as always G. I have to say, for me it’s a touch too much. Kinda reminds me of those weird 90‘s Buffalo Boots. The white stitches however , really elevated the top view for me.
I love the job you did, but as far as loving or hating the shoe it is neither, I am just confused. Does the customer like to wear dress shoes while working at a construction site?
I think the customer wanted a very stylish and unique extra super comfortable shoe. That’s EXACTLY what he got here. Beautifully executed. These will last a lifetime!
If I had a club foot I'd wear them definately!....but I can't see them as either dress or casual, just different like wellies with the toe cut out ...but if the customer loves them, then that's what counts.👍
They look crazy, but must be really comfy. Like or hate em , its class workmanship👍
Really cool design. Love them.

I’m not sure if I like those but I think you’re craftsmanship is wonderful
I think I like them, the only thing am certain about is the customers having a mid life crisis, and am sure this resole was cheaper than a motorcycle
I don't love them, but I reckon they would be pretty comfortable shoes - another brilliant job mate, well done!
Hi Mark, I love them, fantastic craftsmanship once again. Loving these videos.👍👞🔨
Love that it gave the shoe stiffness. Which will help the shoe not break down the blue material, causing it to rip.
Another one!!! CG came through with the soft mid-sole, lift and the vibram sole to finish🔥🔥🔥

Whaow - CG - best soft soul so far they are fantastic. Thought they were done then Vibrams went on top.!!! Another level mate. ❤❤❤❤
Love the process of watching you customize shoes... Keep them coming!!!
Super cool 😎 .... bet they're insanely comfortable to wear. Top job as always 😊😊😊

I’m blown away!! Just wow! These shoes are a work of art. Extremely functional and stylish all at the same time! How much for a pair like this???

That works 👌 will be good to see the same resole on a redwing moc..It would vastly improve the life of the vibram Cristy sole & looks great 👍
Sole2Sole2Sole.... Luv em, great job again G 👌
Beautiful job! Thank you for video!
Interesting refurbing... I like them!
Wonderful work, G!

Love ‘em! Cheers! 🍻👍😊
The Land Rover Loakes, posh on top but with the grip to take you anywhere!!
🤣
They look so cool!
Amazing job man!!
Speechless.
It’s not my personal taste, but I see a beauty in them.
Nice work, but the shoes are a bit Marmite. 🤣🤣 Great video 2x👍
Great work....but...OMG....they are unique.
Beautifully filmed as always. And the plot twist😅
I love them…..but only on boots, not dress shoes

Great again mate, totally transformed the shoes
Amazing bro!!!!
I think they turned out good.
They certainly make a statement, looks reasonable well constructed but not quite my style.
They ended up looking great.

❤nice shoes
Like the video, but not the end result.
You followed this guy around and when you finally caught up to him he was..........
Think they’re trying a bit too hard, not a fan of the wool look.
I love your work, but not the shoe sorry to say...
I woulda left them as is since they still had good soles
?
What don't you understand?
I'd wear the shoes before that goofy hair
