I think it'll help especially if you don't take many supplements or pills. I think you'll see some pretty good boost in how you feel pre and post workout or run, as in less fatigue and such

Yes. At the top of my head, start with a creative load of about 20 grams per day for about a week, then you take about 5 grams daily. You can do quick research of doses and how it helps sprinting
Protein powder, creatine, beta alanine, and caffeine. And a multivitamin.

19.2% of 195.2 is 37.47 and 18.2% of 190 is 34.58. So it is 2.89 lbs of fat out of 5.2 lbs you gained. So it is not mostly muscle and some fat. More than 55% of it is fat. Just saying.
Poor example of bulking, not impressed, just selling products very little information, stick to running, expected more from Olympian.
