    Congrats on the gains brother! I use 1stPhorm creatine with my pre workout, and then the exact same post workout stack. It’s INCREDIBLE! Would love to see a 60 day bulk, because 5 lbs in 30 days is NOT easy.

    You're closing in on that 500lb deadlift. Do you reckon you can still run a 5 min mile at current weight? Or if you go past 200lbs?

      Yeah no way he could gain 4 lbs of muscle in a month. He gained a pound of muscle and 4 lbs of fat

    Nick, what do you think about taking BETA ALANINE? Especially for running, apparently it help your body buffer lactic acid. Love your vids

      I think it'll help especially if you don't take many supplements or pills. I think you'll see some pretty good boost in how you feel pre and post workout or run, as in less fatigue and such

      Yes. At the top of my head, start with a creative load of about 20 grams per day for about a week, then you take about 5 grams daily. You can do quick research of doses and how it helps sprinting

    19.2% of 195.2 is 37.47 and 18.2% of 190 is 34.58. So it is 2.89 lbs of fat out of 5.2 lbs you gained. So it is not mostly muscle and some fat. More than 55% of it is fat. Just saying.
