Respect that you’re willing to take on challenges that you suck at and be so good natured about it. Rare quality for someone who was competitive enough to be an Olympian!
The fact that Nick was forced to be gassed after every workout and jump straight into another with a fresh body, is far from fair and quite unrealistic for him to be successful. He would've wooped everyone had he'd been fresh before each workout.
Hey Nick, I'm a part of the US World Chase Tag team. We placed second at the last world championships. Would love to be able to have our team join you for a video!

Let's see this community that follows Nick step up for these kids! I'm from Michigan, and met Nick out at the Olympic Trials in Eugene. Never met these athletes, never been to their gym, but I'm putting in $40 to help out some aspiring athletes. What a chance to send a message to these young people that the we appreciate their sacrifices and efforts...the world supports them.
I'm Mexican and I can´t stop watching this videos, I wish We have someone like you supporting the sport and fitness life here as you do there...Great content!
I'm in Oaxaca, Mexico and we are currently organizing a weightlifting competition at the University I work at. We have a gym opening up at the University on Monday.
Hi Nick, good luck with your powerlifting competition tomorrow! After the competition could you make a part 2 of lifting 100,000Lbs in one hour to see how much stronger you have gotten? Best of luck, Luke.
I’ve been watching your videos for awhile now and this is my first comment but I love to see you support these young athletes chase their dreams and make a fun video out of it!
Way cool Nick. I love how someone who is/has been elite can smash his own ego for the purpose of sharing the joy of fitness with others. Total win win situation. Well done my man! You ever make to H Town, I’m in for whatever you’re doing.
great that he is supporting the local sports team but damn couldnt they have chosen anything that would be interesting to watch, where the "lift" doesnt basically fail at the required mobility
Dammm I never trained abs directly only ab strength is from deadlifts but I'm 285lbs and 6'2 and can plank for a 1:57minutes Nick's been in a Olympic race and can only for a minute
I would love to see you and Cody Miller (professional swimmer and fellow UA-camr) should do a triathlon or Aquathlon (750 m swim and 5k running) against each other to see whose the better athlete, swimmer or runner.
Oww, 2:00 (3:17) that’s flipping awesome. Awesome it is. Nick I have massive respect for you, massive cas your cool and awesome. People tell me I’m to blunt in life. (But that’s who I am) It works both ways. Nick your awesome, massive thumbs up to video. And haven’t yet watched all this awesome video.
Performing below your best on purpose isn't respectful though. It's saying that the other person wouldn't have a chance if you went 100%, you do that with little kids not athletes
@@JimmyBoosterCrate Look Jimmy probably not everyone is an asshole and want others to win, maybe because they want them to feel good about themselves. There are people who get joy out of seeing others win, even when they could've easily won themselves if they gave in their 100%. There's no rule that you need to only treat kids in that manner. Adults can be treated like that too. Kids and adults are humans and they feel the same emotions. So if you think that's not humanity, you're free to do so. But in my opinion when you take in others emotions and feelings into consideration and lose so they could win, that's great humanity right there. Also keep in mind if Nick wanted to pay them money, he could've just done it without competing against them. But he ensured they felt good about themselves mainly to motivate them and others to work harder towards their goals.
Hi Nick! I really like your track videos and was wondering if you could do high jump. I am a high jumper and while I live nowhere near you, it would still be very interesting how everyone does
