Fuse M3 is listed as a 20a spare for a 2009 Town and Country. Not sure why your program says it powers the PCM. The PCM is powered from fuse M33. I know your old TIPM is probably long gone, but if you happen to still have it maybe just fuse M33 is blown?
Got Question doing an old skool plug wire test from wire to chassis cause the vehicle to shut off. Is that a sign ecu is toast. As there nothing but dead no start. But like u showed there is battery power.

Hey but it depend. That valve was not standard equipped on all cars. The easiest way to tell is to simply grab your vin and ask a dealer parts department for that valve, if they can't find it, your car simply was not equipped with it.

Here's a riddle... car has been running ok and all of a sudden it wouldnt start ( no horn, etc.) I tested the battery and it was fully charged (and could take a charge), but the car would not start; no click, no noise and NO power to anything else (i.e. could not put in neutral though the key was in ACC). Jump pack did nothing, BUT twice I jumped it with another vehicle and bam it started. Drove it home, turned it off, and it wont start. Im thinking ground or positive issue. Connections look clean. NOTE: I had the Alternator tested while running and it showed it was not charging fully. I will take the alternator off and have it tested on the bench, but this is a separate issue than not starting.

Hey bud, what year is this Liberty. And what exactly is the problem? I know you mentioned no power to relay, do this model have an external fuel pump relay? Thats why I need to know the year, make, and model
@@OnlineMechanicTips 2009 liberty. External fuel pump relay on the tipm. No fuel pump prime. Vehicle cranked 1 time now I get nothing but the relays clicking. All fuses/relays good. No comm with pcm. I didn’t even think to scan all modules but that’s where I’m going next. Also randomly the alternator power supply gets hot. Verified all grounds. Also radio now inop and door locks intermittent inop. I ohm tested the whole tipm and got what I thought were weird resistances but I’m second guessing myself.
yeah my 2007 volvo s60 was throwing a throttle body sensor code. So I replaced throttle body and throttle body sensor. the car is still doing it, it only does it sometimes, and the car will go into limp mode, "reduced engine power". So I pulled out my ecm and put it back in and now it won't crank at all. I have a new ecm on the way hopefully that will help.
this recently happened to my friends 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they called me for a jump but the battery was charged, so I thought it was a ground but suggested they get towed to dealer to check, they had a rebuilt trans put in about 3 months ago, from non dealership
Im dealing with something similar. 07 dodge dakota. No crank no start. Makes some quiet noises around or below fuse box. So im trying to chase down the culprit. Bad ignition switch, ignition coil, ground, etc. Watching videos to see if anyone else has recorded them fixing it. Any ideas?

Firstly my names not bud, you may have decided that people like me can't afford great equipment. Maybe I should just stay in my lane and get high priced mechanics to make all my decisions for me. All I have is a broke car and a gravel driveway to work on it with all the cheap sockets and wrenches i have. Being 65 and handicapped No matter what you think of us "buds" there is nothing wrong with inquiring about better equipment/ tools . Fuse M3 is listed as a 20a spare for a 2009 Town and Country. Not sure why your program says it powers the PCM. The PCM is powered from fuse M33. I know your old TIPM is probably long gone, but if you happen to still have it maybe just fuse M33 is blown?

O wow. I always ask that on no start. Was anything major just done such as a transmission. That could easily mean a ground wire loose or was left off.
my pcm on my 99 300m is making a high pitched tone. I'm fairly certain it shouldn't be.

As of right now I have a 2006 Chrysler 300c no start no crank took it to the shop & they had told me needed a new ecm

It's the ignition actuator or/and your ignition switch

Yes, without them you have to back probe the connectors. That sucks
