Mr. Stinnett, I'd like to express my gratitude to you for sharing your process and your absolutely exquisite work. I consider it a privilege and i am so grateful for you providing us the opportunity to watch your process. Your work is some of the finest and most beautiful work I've ever seen! Thank you kindly, sir.
This could be my most favorite walking sticks of all but you have never made a walking stick I did not like you do such amazing detail and that piece of wood does have a beautiful grain...Thanks for posting this video I always look forward to your next video... And your puppy dog has a paw print on it's back and is very cute...
What I appreciate most in this video of yours is that, not only are you a top-level artist, but you are one of the few who reveals his techniques to anyone who wants to try their hand at this hobby. It's not common. Often those who have mastered "an art" tend to jealously guard their secrets of creating their works. But not you, who makes every new job an opportunity to create a real tutorial. Excellent. (Mmmhh...Are you sure that, in a previous life of yours, you did not work in Donatello's workshop, or Cellini's in Renaissance Florence?)
Amazing work. I love rattlesnakes and a Massasauga is a great looking snake and I really love your attention to detail. I'm truly blown away by the detail of this walking stick.

Mr. Stinnett you are an amazing talented craftsman. Your work is so detailed that the craving looks like a real snake. There must be a lot of time committed to make this walking stick you so authentic.
Mike, you mentioned you were making this and we'd sre it soon. Wow. It exceeded my expectations. I think all of your creations are beautiful but this one really seemed special. Beautiful walking stick Mike! You have to live in the best place on earth my friend. Just drive down the road catch a few trout, muley's running through your front yard🦌 😂 and I can't forget Miss Pearl, that little paw asking for a piece of fish😄. Mike, have a wonderful Christmas with you and yours buddy 🙏✝️❤ Take Care and God Bless. Jay🕊🕊🕊
That rattler couldn't be more lifelike, Mike, unless it was actually a live snake. You are an ARTIST! 👍 As ever, I love the background music and the overall quality of these productions. Happy Christmas and New Year to you, your production team, and to little Pearl, the mule deer banisher. 🎄

I’m always uplifted when I see the notification for a new Stinnett Sticks video! One of these days I’m going to attempt a snake walking stick between fish carving projects. My wife and or kids always ask me what I want for my birthday and it’s something I seldom think about and tell them to surprise me. I’ve got a birthday coming up in January and I know what I’m going to ask for. Going to send them to your website and order your book “How to Carve a Rattlesnake Walking Stick!
Only venomous snake found in Michigan. They are smaller than most rattle snakes. I have seen them three to four feet long.. They are a protected species in Michigan They need a special habitat. Usually not too far from water or swampy areas.
