After watching you for years and learning.I would only have one issue with your work and that being how could you ever part with any of them. The bond you create has to run deep just like having children. Thanks for sharing 😊
It’s wonderful to see you and Pearl back again - always a great pleasure. The amount of painstaking work you put into this was incredible. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent.
Beyond the incredible beauty of this piece, seeing you trying new things and growing as an artist and knowing this is a project you’ve wanted to make is incredibly satisfying and I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time.
@Stinnett Sticks Hello Mike , so good to see you and Pearl and you doing new things . It looks awesome and very authentic. I was thanking about you the other day ( 5/4/2023 ) I haven't seen you in a while and I didn't know if I could reach you or not lol . Your work Is so enjoyable to watch and is very relaxing. Keep up the good work , always enjoy seeing you and little Pearl .Happy Trails 👣
You have once again rendered me speechless with your art, Mike! Such a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and talent. I love this so much! I hope you and your family are doing well.
I am a wood carver also and have done many fish, birds and small animals but you, sir, are EXCEPTIONAL to say the least! I can appreciate the time and effort that you put into all of your art work! I love your videos and am always looking forward to your next one.
Your videos never fail to impress, but this one wowed me like nothing else. Absolutely beautiful. I love the gold leaf inlay, the multiple pieces of lumber to really drive home the seperateness of the lizards and multitude of textures all of which look so amazingly intricate. Some people dream of owning a fancy car or a massive television, I dream of owning a Stinnett Stick. Also a shout out to the videography and editing that does a fantastic job of showcasing your skill in action as well as setting the tone of relaxed but focussed, whilst helping to create the narrative of your acts of creation.
I've always loved collared lizards. The cholla looks so real; the lizards even more so. I just want to play with them like toys. Those little reptiles look to nice to be on a walking stick; they would be a beautiful piece of decor that would live on someone's desk or bay window. Either way, they are so incredible. Also loved the position the robin was in. The berries appeared like flowers behind its ears.
Amazing carving. I really enjoy your videos. They are well done. I can appreciate the immense amount of hours that goes into the level of detail you put into your sculptures
There are really no words… the skin folds, the skin stretched over ribs, the way the skin tightens and loosens based upon the angle of the lizard… simply amazing detail. The word Exquisite doesn’t actually do this work of art justice. Beautifully done!
Mike, your artistic creations are genuine masterpieces in my eyes, and this one of the cholla skeleton's roots gripping a vein of gold-bearing quartz and serving as a perch for a pair of collared lizards is a concert of masterpieces. It's utterly breathtaking! As ever, the production quality of your videos is absolutely superb! 👍👍👍
Seeing the things that you create is like a double edged sword. Should I try to improve? Or simply give up? Your ability to create what many never see, is uncanny. You are definitely an inspiration ,as well as talented beyond my comprehension. Thank you.
Finally the return of my favorite channel... And it was worth the wait, because I'm always more impressed by so much talent and know-how. Another masterpiece in your achievements... A big congratulations to you, a huge thank you for these timeless moments that do us so much good to the soul and of course, tons of caresses to the little dog.
Thank you, Glen! I've gone out a few times but haven't done very well. The river is too high, now. As soon as it goes down I'm going to get out there and sling some bait. I hope you get some good fishing in too!
If museums could only buy it, so this masterpiece would be available for everybody to see, what human hands can make and esthetically enjoy this beyond-belief exhibit. My congratulations to the author!
I can’t even comprehend the amount of patience it must take to produce such meticulously realistic artwork. Also, thanks again for the 15 minutes of peace.
There are many master craftsmen in the world but only you can resurrect a dead log and turn it into a masterpiece. You have the gift of transferring part of your soul to each wood and it rewards you. Congratulations.
OMG what artistry. They look so real, like they they are going to start crawling away. Words cannot express how impressed I am and how beautiful that piece really is. AMAZING!!
It would seem to me an insult if I called you a master at your craft. You sir are one of a kind. Thank you for the joy you brought to my day and may God continue to bless you.
I was in the middle of carving my 4 year old nephew an alligator while watching this and now to me it just looks like a stick 😂 your a legend I hope the future knows you name and your art
I would love to have an apprenticeship under this man… the smell of sawdust and clean air.. enjoying a cup of coffee and petting the pup… the stories this man could tell…
The best wood carving I've ever seen in my entire life... I'm very impressed with the details, whether the chameleon is really made of wood. I love this uncle...😍😍😍😍
I've been watching these videos for the past year, and I have to admit that they're some of the most relaxing videos I've seen. I find myself losing track of time while watching. Pearl is absolutely adorable. The details are a-freakin-mazing!!! I look forward to the next video.
WOW! Over the top incredible walking stick carving Mike! That piece belongs in a museum! Even good old Pearl approved those Lizards! Hope that you are doing well. 👍👍🦎🦎🐶🐶
Sir, i can understand the extreme hard work you do without any makeup. Everything is on camera. Time consuming, exhausting, brain draining. Hours and hours of patient hard work. Respect
Do you ever fall in love with a piece of art while you're working on it and decide to keep it for yourself? I'm not sure I could ever let anything go if it was as beautiful as the art you create.
By the time I finally get one finished I'm glad to see it get into the hands of a collector. I used to get attached to them, but not anymore. I just look forward to getting started on the next project.
Hey👋🏻Mike! Pearl told that Robin "ok, you got your worm now get off my property!"😂 buddy your talent amazes me every time my friend. Thank you for sharing this Mike 🙏 God Bless. Jay🕊🕊🕊
Somehow, you outdid yourself again Mike. I swear, just after you used the uv resin on the eyes of the lizard, I saw the eyes move. They did! If everyone sat down and watched your videos, we'd have world peace. ❤
The great art work you produce and peaceful videos are a breath of fresh air in today's uncivilized world. Myself and many others appreciate your work.
I remember finding your channel when I was going through a really rough time mentally, maybe 2 or 3 years ago.. These videos would really take my mind off stuff and help me to relax. Struggling again, idk where I'm going, I feel beyond lost and alone, but the music, stories, nature, and even little Pearl help to calm me down, once again. Thank you, Sir 🤞
One of the most satisfying videos ever made. It made my day complete with a smile in my heart. Please make a walking stick with a dragon design. Have a good one sir!
Even before you started painting them, the lizards looked so realistic I had to remind myself they were made of wood! In the closeup shots, I kept expecting them to blink!
