I'm here learning repair and tagalog...my eris4.5 suffered from bad caps, anyone who takes the back off should use the oportunity to swap the 1000uf 25v caps(2) as I've seen a few go bad.

You have to replace the volume potentiometer if the volume knob is scratchy.. the part no# of the potentiometer.. RK097G 10K 6PIN variable Resistor rotary carbon film taper Potentiometer.
