Restoration is a lot different than renovation. Some have ruined these ancient homes with their renovations. Restoration is more forgiving, in my opinion. ❤ Lovely place, thanks for sharing.
Quite a large house. What is striking is that there is no heating in the entire building. Not even a fireplace. You wonder whether people actually lived here or whether it was purely a business space / storage space. It's a shame that the view from the terrace is largely blocked by that large building.
That little utility area at the back of the ground floor could become a bathroom, I would think. I would hate to have to climb a flight of stairs while cooking when I have to go!
This house is in great condition and the new roof is a plus. The terrace is quite large and would be a great place to spend evenings. I'm trying to sell our land so we can purchase our retirement home in Italy.
Love this place, wish it had better views, but the layout is great, love the terrace, there are a lot of ways to re-configure the layout that would make this place fabulous! :=8)
That storage room is perfect size and position for a walk in closet. I would put the washer dryer in there. I love that my laundry is attached to my walk in closet. It’s a great design.
This property is very nice nest year we will be baying too but in Piemonte. Is not fare to Germany and France we move two years ago from Germany to Ivory Coast 🇨🇮. Baying in Germany is not for use. We went to visit my sister in law in Milano and we love it and drove all the way to nice. We very in love. I will be happy see you guys in Piemonte agian 😊
It's good, isn't. We think it allows for living upstairs and enjoying the height while one can, and has the space downstairs to have ground floor living later on in life.
Love the layout, and it has great outdoor space! I'd "overfill" both the balcony and terrace with large potted plants and trees. The house in general lacks bathrooms, for as many bedrooms that it has. Not sure if there's any possibility for opening new windows in the rooms without any. Bedroom #1 is perfectly private for a guest, but would need a full bath in the windowless room next to it. The 1st floor also need a full bath somewhere. Bedroom #3 on the 2nd floor has the ensuite, which is impractical for Bedroom #4, so I'd make that into an entertainment room, since it's the access to the terrace. All in all a great space, IMO! 😀👍
Ciao! I think the space to create the needed bathrooms is there. The ground floor has quite a few windows but we couldn't open as it was super windy. There's a window near the main door on the ground floor, there's a window in the bedroom on the ground floor that faces the street, and someone commented that it would be a good idea to replace the existing side door with a door that also has glass. We think adding to this house what it needs wouldn't be too costly, plus the asking price for the size and condition is great 😃
I cannot believe Italy is so Nice. I knew it was a Nice Place BUT Never Looked at Properties with Buying in mind. IF i had the £££ to Buy a Nice Place that MAY NEED some Restoration i WOULD ask the Local people WHAT they would Like/Expect the House to Look like. The problem with People going to OTHER PEOPLE;S Lands is they try and TAKE their Own Culture with them, I would prefer to Blend into the Italian Way of Life/Culture and Restore the Property with respect to the Italian tradition and Old School Architecture with Modern Kitchen/Bathrooms.
Maybe the video doesn't do justice. It doesn't feel sterile nor isolated and has heaps of business, which says a lot about how lively a town usually is

Funky layout, but lots of possibilities with lots of renovation
Lots of potential, great size and awesome, huge rooftop terrace !
I like this house. Big enough for guests and pets.
Thank you.

When we see places without heating is usually because places were mainly used as summer homes or the town doesn't get that cold in winter

If only all estate agents were as good as you.
We are not agents though 😀

Mi piace molto questa casa. 🏠 secondo me è perfetta! Vorrei comprarne. Grazie da Texas come sempre ❤
Big place. Liked the tiles on the floor
The best one yet.
Love this house!!
I like the layout!

Great tour. Nice property 😊
Thanks for visiting
I would want a window for ventilation in the kitchen. Maybe glass or a screen could be installed in the doors? Just a thought!
There are doors made of wood and glass with shutters so something like that would be great
Is there a bathroom on the lower floor? It has loads of potential.
Ciao. Not at the moment but we think there's space for it and you already have plumbing as the kitchen is there
For me, the apartment wasn't old enough. Where was the boiler?

Please mention how far the homes are to an airport.
You have to watch the video until the end to see that information.
I wouldn’t expose the original brick because it is too much work!!!
This town in Pulgia seems rather sterile and lacking the character compared to the areas you have shown in Molise and Abruzzo.
