Hello! This was great. My husband and I did this morning. I feel the burn. I’m a big girl so I need low impact. This was perfect for me. I did regular Zumba and it was too much for me.
I use this video nearly every day. As well as getting 5000 steps, I get a great stretch in my lower back which has been bothering me lately. A request from me is to make another 5000 step video for variety!! Happy Holidays!!

My apple watch said 2,700 steps? I kept walking thru ads....hmmmm but it feels easy and will keep on stepping...your arm video is next for me then thighs :) thank you!!!

But due to my arthritis and sciatica pain, after doing 4 days of exercise , I have severe sciatica from last 2 days. Can you make some low impact weight loss exercises for sciatica patients also.
