Who could help being in love with Davy ? He is cute , talented, funny and possesses a warmth about him that I've rarely seen !
I'm sure Davy is singing with the angels, young and beautiful again!
Very sweet
No more beautiful a child ever there was
Reunited with his Mom and Dad.
Davy was my very first love ! Ill love him forever!
what a beautiful voice
Davy is so beautiful singing Scarborough Fair !
This is really special and I love how David fakes the salute at the beginning
Davy was English through and through.Always a Manchester Boy and so proud of his roots. Wonderful gentleman. Impeccable manners.
Did you know him?
He is truly in his element in this clip!
Love this!!! The other gentleman there is actor Harry Seacome - Davy was in "Pickwick" with Harry Seacome, right before The Monkees started!!
This was in 1969--the Monkees were just about coming to an end.
Davy is in heaven happy as a lark !
Wow, I never knew about this! What a delight! Thanks!!
This is so wonderful!!!
I love you raremonkees.
I had heard about this show, but couldn't find it anywhere, until now! Thanks for posting this!
After all these years, I can't believe Davy's dead 😔
Really rare :)
Back 🔙 then in 1969; still I never had an audio TV commercial narrator, feel really sorry for me.
I remember we were made to sing Consider Yourself in music class.
Me too!! As a child, I explained to our music teacher in school, about Davy being in "Oliver" on Broadway, and singing this!!
Yes, he was nominated for a Tony🏆 for his performance. How fitting that he is singing this all those years later.🎶
I knew nothing about all this; I was unable to go to school 🏫🎒 at that time, I still lived at 520 Mello Ln.
