That was brilliant Stephen. Interesting and sad in many ways. Thank you. Stewart, south west Australia.
Thank you Stewart 👍
Did my work experience in Melrose house back in the late 80's. Crazy to think how many places in Middlesbrough have gone in my lifetime alone.
Thanks once again for great photos. Was back in 'boro in June, for the first time in far too many years!!
You're most welcome Callie 👍
Great pictures again. Haven't been to 'The Boro' for a couple of years now. Shame everything is getting pulled down. Keep the pictures coming. Cheers.
Thanks Gary 👍
That was brilliant that mate
Thanks Alan 👍
love this, so many memories for me on here, especially the Princes Road one, my grandparents lived next door to the little shop on corner of Percy Street - was there making memories a few weeks ago, took some photos of their house for my sister and I. Love all of your Then and Now films - thank you 🙂
Thank you Mavis, I'm happy that you like the videos, I post them on UA-cam so that people with an interest in Middlesbrough can see how the area has changed. I only intended to make a few videos but as people seem to enjoy them I'll go on for as long as I can find new content to post ;-)

Remember Tower House was it store, storeys high.
Baums store with their own money you got as change, over the road was the ent hospital.
Yes both these stores used to give you plastic coins as change of you used a "ticket" to buy something.
