JJ Dancer's workouts are SO GOOOOOODDD. Please come out with more! They are always challenging but so energizing, and they make me want to keep moving the whole time.
Every time I do this workout I feel like I've done enough exercise for 2 years. Its my favorite one on popsugar!
Very fun, I agree that instructions could have been a little clearer but I'm sweating like crazy and had a lot of fun, I'll definitley come back to this one and hopefully I'll learn the moves soon enough
The music was good: Keep your body moving. Even when I fell behind on the moves, I was still moving. Very nice workout.

I was not planning on doing this entire thing. I already did a 20-minute yoga workout and a 15-minute ab workout and I wanted to do like 10-15 minutes of cardio, but this was so fun that I did the entire video!! YAY!! I am done and done!!!!

I think Anna did great. It's important to challenge ourselves! If you honestly think she didn't follow through very well, you should've seen me. I was terrible, haha. Just a little practice and I'll get there.

I gave this video 2 tries before commenting, because it is challenging for me in terms of the level of cardio and dance moves. The beauty in this particular workout is the room for improvement component, and I definitely got a lot better in between my 1st and 2nd go around. That is a more rewarding experience for my own personal practice! I love any dance videos!

That was the most fun 15 mins ever! I like that it was NOT perfectly directed/instructed. Gives the viewers a change to exercise coordination, memory and amongst other things. It felt down to earth~ Great energy you all have together! Goal: Complete the whole 30 minute workout lol (I am drenched with sweat) RiGHT ON!!

I love this workout. It IS a challenge, but why is that bad? Was tough, but so much fun & I was dripping sweat by the end, ha. Great motivation to challenge ourselves in life, too :)

Loved the routine, very good...but Id like if the instructor, btw, gives us instructions, it was hard to follow, she was doing her thing

I CAN NOT believe that I got through this JJ Dancer workout too...did one yesterday and was...challenged (read, suffering, lol). HOW I convinced myself to go at it again today well...call me crazy, lol.

Got a great sweat from this workout. The floor exercises were my favorite. I am a little obsessed with squats, but those floor exercises will be a good addition. I do agree with one of the subscribers when she said it was a little choppy. I figured it out but it took a minute.
As a former dancer, I actually didn't have too much difficulty keeping up with the moves so I loved this workout. However, I see how it can be challenging to follow if you're not used to this sort of thing. Difficulty aside, this is a great workout regardless because it makes you SWEAT!!! I will definitely be doing this again

I liked it a lot. I t was very challenging. Although she could've given some more instructions, I think if you do this workout a couple of times you will be able to do it. And after all it's not important that you get every move right but that you MOVE.
aaand I liked the strength part at the end! Didn't expect that, but great!

Most dance instructors do it like this. I am a dancer and you have to be paying close attention and learn fast. Don't give up or get discouraged if you can't get the dance move. See a little how they are doing it, go back, and try it. Eventually it will come out.

Keeping up with the dancing in the first part is definitely a challenge. I just tried to bounce around and have fun, and I got a fun cardio workout. The real challenge is the floor work, though... my glutes were definitely feeling it! Fun workout and surprisingly challenging with the strength part!
