Tenor and base are both terms used to describe male voices. Alto has a large range which can go from the tenor pitches like you said to the higher base notes as a female voice can't reach the really really low notes. I'd probably say that she can do the entire alto and mezzo soprano range but can't quite reach the top soprano notes. Sorry music nerd who spends more time at her piano than in reality ranting I feel like saying this sounds really stuck up I'm so sorry

Call me crazy, but Lzzy sounds like Debbie Harry from Blondie in this song. I would love to here Lzzy sing "Hangin' on the Telephone" , "Heart of Glass" or "Call Me".
