To be honest, at the time mansun came and went quite quickly. The press deemed them not that special, however, wide open space and the chad who loved me were masterpieces.
I found it so impactful, sounding like nothing else (I knew anyway, though I was into a lot of indie music). I couldn't even pin influences... Bowie, maybe? Still stands out among my large music collection to this day.
Walked up the aisle to this ❤️
Wow! You have an amazing taste in music/style...If things don't work out remember me. :D
Great album..
A year late but oh how beautiful. This track, has that James Bond signature style. Amazed that they never got approached as so unbelievably talented!
@@user-ln4qe1sh8i yes!!!! you only live twice!!!
@@user-ln4qe1sh8i yes, same inspiration of "Millennium" by RW
The best Bond theme that never was.
Radiohead would like to have a talk
But yh this is astounding
I've always thought the same, such beautiful string arrangement 👍
This and "Comes As No Surprise" (which itself has a Bond-like title) would make great themes!
Goose bumps whenever I hear this masterpiece.
Whenever I get stressed or upset I put this on, the strings alone mellow me
i bought his album when i was 15, still one of my favourite of all time to this day. Completely underrated band that needs a revival in interest
Great way to start a great album
This song is just so beautiful..
I love this album.❤
RIP John Barry. Total genius.
Not sure this is a John Barry sample...

What Bond theme did this song sample? It must be from The Spy Who Loved Me sing the song title is a parody of that.
peak
They must have been watching a Bond film when making this....
Chad from the band loved James Bond, there’s a Bond film called The spy who loved me, hence the tune 🙂
Oh sweet Chad. Bit late on that but still In mind, nearing the end of 2020;)
I swear he's saying "your" desperate icon.
I’m here from Modric’s interview on the BBC build up to Croatia vs England
Isn't he saying "Am I God or am I Jesus?" That's a huge lyric when ya think of it 😏
The instrumental intro (amazing) reminds Millennium by Robbie Williams.
haha that’s me
ian brown before ian brown...
