Cone Reactions - Boot Camp Workout Training Ideas For Instructors

  • This is a great bootcamp workout to get the heart rate up and test your clients reactions with this cone drill.
    Cone reactions can be taken in many progressions starting with a simple 3 cone drill and moving up to 4 cones with multiple instructions. The idea is for everyone to keep moving and try to get faster and faster throughout the exercise.
    Give it a try and let me know what kind of progressions you add to the exercise.

    Greta stuff! Gonna steal this drill for my class lol. I did something like this for mirror drills. Had one person be the person and the other the reflection. whatever the person did the reflection had to mirror. They would take turns being the person and the reflection. Very similar to this. Thanks. Gonna sub you for more ideas

    How long takes 1 exercises, 30 seconds 30 seconds rest? Or how do u work with this.. but great exercise this one , good job!

      Hey Sam. Generally I do 45-60 seconds per round with 30 or so seconds rest. With each round I add more instructions so increase the intensity of the drill.
