So much for “the end of history”. I had hoped the theory would play out like Francis had proposed but it appears to have taken a left turn over the last 10 years.

To be fair, at the end of the essay, he says that perhaps we will get bored and start History back up again. Seems like maybe that was prescient.

At 35:20, “he never gave his life for anything” … wonder if Francis is ready to give his life for a cause, our his children’s and relatives lives… please, never blame others for not being able “to give their life for something “, disgusting virtue signaling

If we can't agree that trump has proven he is manifestly unfit to lead our nation, there is no point whatsoever in discussing what we do agree on.

The rule of law is always a weapon exclusive for what the oligarchy wants or doesn’t want

It's actually kind of funny to see Fukuyama, of all people, completely clueless as history just runs right over him.

Frank, it is so cute that you actually think they need a Constitutional Amendment to presume on any term limit, let alone a 3rd term.

Trump wants to be able to control the northern shipping routes above and around Greenland which will open as the thaw occurs because Russia and China have some of the same interests and he wants to counteract that as to a power struggle. Not that I am a fan of Trump’s policies but I get the logic because otherwise he has to continually negotiate with Greenland.
There are “so many rules” because so many people and corporations are determined to break those rules!
