In an "Entertainment Tonight" clip from 1992, Trump asks a young beauty pageant contestant, "You going up the escalator?"
"Yeah," she replies.
"I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe it?" says Trump, who would have been 46 at the time the video was filmed.”

Well if you want to be that specific about what he actually said...... He said he "WOULD" be dating her in 10 years. Which shows the desire. It wasn't "Damn, I'm going to Have to date her in 10 years" and since YOU want to go so deep into what was actually said, it also doesn't equal her having any choice in the matter. "I'm going to" indicates both the desire and a foregone conclusion as though there is no other option. It goes beyond "I want" and becomes "I want therefore it will happen".
Nobody made that claim on his statements before, so Thank YOU for insisting we evaluate what he Specifically said.

Those are normal reasonable things to say to compliment the looks of a child. "I'm going to date her in ten years." Means Trump looks at a 10 year old and starts sizing them up as future arm candy. I just felt the need to correct the record on his business (not defending his character at all). He made a deal with the governor there to move his company to the state in exchange for loans to get a game franchise going. Well he got part of the loans and made a single player game called Kingdoms of Amalur. The other part of the loan was to help get the MMO version of that game built and running. Well they finished the single player game and a few months before they started working on the MMO version a new governor was elected and that governor refused to give him the other part of the loan. That is why the company died.
Just thought I'd throw that out there. I remember reading about it a couple years ago on a gaming website.

You can go look it up. The state granted him loans to make the game and run the company in that state. He got the first part of the loan and was denied the second. The original thinking was that he could make the single player game, sell it, and then he wouldn't have to borrow as much on the second loan and then the MMO would pay for itself over time and pay back the loans while bolstering his company and generating revenue for the state. I'm just a messenger though, and like I said, not defending his nasty character at all.
People say my dog is beautiful ALL the time. Literally just about everyday I take him out for a walk or anywhere else at least one person makes that comment. None of them have yet said that they'll be dating him in a few dog years.

Part of this (the important part) they're right about - the comment saying how he'll be dating her in 10 years is leery indeed even though I take that as "I'd date the woman she'll be in 10 years" rather than "damn, I have to wait 10 years to date this child".
The part where it's Brett, Ben and surely countless others being foolish though is the "Emma Watson (11) will be pretty when she's older" or "your daughter will be beautiful when she's a woman" - that's just self imposed dishonesty: they're clearly pretty/beautiful now or you wouldn't be saying that. We don't have to pretend a child isn't pretty - pretty isn't "hot" or "sexy".

I think I get what Curt Schilling is saying, but what these people don't understand is that just because something is the truth doesn't mean you should say it. It may make people uncomfortable. I think Cenk should have sat this one out, He is on record having said the age of consent should be 16. There is nothing wrong with a 26 or 33 year old in a sexual relationship with a 16 year old as long as they are consenting.
