[edit NO LONGER WORKS] Tip for getting your first 10-50mil for whatever project your on: there is a biome in the nether made of quartz blocks, each worth about 1k. With a magnet, darkmatter pick, and a backpack that auto feeds you, you can get 10 mil in 15 minutes or so. I used this to get red matter armor before taking on the deep dark cause I was scared lolol

I went to the deep dark in emerald armor 😂 but I have loads of extra hearts it was still kinda scary

I ended up setting all my farms close enough together that I now have a series of pipes underneath my base linking an iron farm, auto trader, and mob farm to one single emc link
I did the deeper darker last night to complete the warden plushie. Never again. Though I took a silk touch netherite hoe and all the skulk sensors, shriekers and catalysts were a nice little EMC haul. I had an extra backapack and I still had to throw away so much junk from breaking enough of those ancient pots to get that miserable stalker to spawn. I was even throwing away warden hearts at one point.
A true nightmare dimension some shades make it look epic though, for me personally when you got to the magma kind of biome it's nice. Finding the damn ancient temple though... that sucked.
You should add some repeatable quests requiring non emc items that reward some loot bags that are of diffrent tiers.
Also add more quests with random rewards for the different mods to expand upon much more of what they can do. I think that would be nice.😁
I can attest to the fact that getting the transmutation interface as a quest reward changes your early game radically.
Yeah seriously though I'm almost done with the pack and I haven't even made an AE or RS network yet just been using integrated dynamics for my whole base
@@drbleblo Integrated dynamics works fine with the interface, as that's what my base runs on to. I often get into ID early because it's cheap and has a multi-dimension remote that's easy to get to and never change to RS or AE.
Just passed the first trillion EMC using automated archimorphs and the pack one of my favorite packs ever. I am wondering if you're able to add a blaze rod block for Powah blazing crystal automation similar to the blaze mesh from ATM 9 Sky as the blazing crystal is a big bottleneck in the creation of Powah components. Looking forward to following along in this series

Dude, Chosen.... I just found the stronghold near one of the early towns... it's right next to an ancient city. I don't know who build that mod, but *wow*, it's absolutely amazing! The puzzles, the style... just amazing!!!! I want to make it a base!
One of YUNG’s mods maybe? I haven’t checked the mod list but that mod creator builds some crazy stuff for their many mods.
plan on starting a world with this modpack soon but i personally chose to add chisel and bits just for the extra touch as far as building aesthetics go. im usually a tech mod kind of player but with project e letting me get to a point where i wont really have to grind too hard for materials, it'll eventually let me just go absolutely crazy with builds without having to have several quarries set up and chunkloaded.
Just beat the pack, after EMC dupe everything goes a little fast. A little more balancing for end game would 100% be nice, although it was fun it was a little fast compared to how slow it can be in the beginning of the pack
Hey, just wanted to suggest a small tweak to the quest book, its honestly quite the advanced mod pack considering most quests are like "suggestions" what you can use, but it doesnt venture inside them. Lots of times I enjoy doing the quests as a form of tutorial to get to know the mods, but in yours there is usually just 1 quest that envelops the whole mod, like just 1 machine from Mekanism and thats it. Dunno if its fully intended to be this advanced but it might work against you for new players, since its quite daunting.
Awesome modpack tho, I am enjoying myself quite a bit, well done!

I just don't have the time to make full tutorial bass quest lines... It's just me working on this project in quest take hours to do

To anybody that has the same "issue" I had, using the achievement tab helps a lot, since most mods tutorialize using the achievements :)
That's a really nice setup with the mobfarm! I often use redstone and a timer but gonna remake it with cogs instead because it definitely looks better!

I myself are remaking a small hill/mountain into a futuristic office but I'm stumped on how to continue atm.

I used my first Basic EMC link to automate my quarry!! If I keep it small and load the chunks I can get up to 2.4 million emc in the background without constantly having to manually put the items into the table!
Underrated enchantment.. Loot Pinata. 21 nether stars from one Wither kill.. 21 Warden Hearts from a Warden kill.
Is there any kind of unbreakable thing you can apply to tools/armors? Stella arcana isn't here and I can't think of other options.
In the meantime you can use a repair talisman

i actually got the transmutation interface and i don't even know what to do now because that was my first goal so i am considering just throwing it away/ trading it against something with the same probability.
Or is there a way to reroll that reward i'd love to know!
an ender tank can accept xp directly from the absorption hopper, and then you can pipe out of the ender tank into the obelisk. which is nice anyway; since you can keep the obelisk wherever you want, instead of it having be right next to your mob farm.

There is floating guys in my mob farm that just won't get blowen into the mob masher. I added more fans around which seem to help a little bit but there's still a corner that the fan blowing isn't moving the floaty guy
Finally made a few void upgrades for my mob farm. Also managed to get my enchant sorter, remover and library all set up. Any tools or armor are sorted into an alchemical chest with a repair talisman. After repaired they go into a barrel, then enchantment sorter. Enchanted items go to get the enchants removed which are stored in the library. Items with no enchant are all moved to a large barrel, bows and stone swords are voided, leather to the macerator, iron and gold to an induction furnace. Got a villager with fortune 3 enchant also, feeding him into the library so I can make some broken tools later. Lol

Made 10x10 mob farm and accelerated it using the cogs. Generates more than 10 mil emc every now and then

you don't actually need to make another crafting table - you can duplicate it in the condensor chest.
I just know this mod pack will ruin a lot of others for me absolutely love the mod pack so far
The issue with the Experience Crystal is that Mob Grinding Utils uses Fluid XP, while the Crystal even though it can accept Fluid XP it converts it into essence and once the first little bit of exp is converted into Essence the Absorption Hopper can't pump the Fluid XP due to fluid mismatch.
You can work around it with a pipe. I got the Fluid Pipe from Pipez and it works, I guess it might be doing some type of conversion where it just pushes by tag or something instead of 1 specific fluid.
Also yea, I'm one of the lucky ones who got the Transmutation Interface from a quest, it makes things sooo convenient. :D

What I did to get 10m EMC per hour early game was putting down an armor stand holding a tool with the growth enchant, and having it grow a 5x5 field of Magebloom (no water necessary).
I'm using the Activator Module inside a Modular Router with a diamond hoe and 6x speed upgrade to harvest it. Then it's just going into an Energy Condenser MK 2 via an absorption hopper (and some pipes because the hopper is too slow lol). The Energy Condenser MK1 is a bit too slow so I used a 3x3 field at first. Took 2 hours or so and then I had enough EMC to make the MK2.
My current tool only has growth 4, and it goes up to 6. So I wonder how much faster it will get
I actually got the emc link as my first quest reward, but I had no idea what to do with it until now😅
Is there a better block than diamond blocks to use in a retool dimension for a quarry EMC farm? Don’t get me wrong I clear around 2 million EMC per second with diamond blocks but I want more. I tried compressing the diamond blocks but sadly compressed blocks cannot be absorbed.
Early game EMC gen idea you can double one piece of raw uraninite to 2 pieces of uraninite with an energizing orb doubling the emc and just keep feeding it to an energy condensor for an endless loop

@@eimane2u automating dragon eggs does give me per d-egg +230k emc (I turn eggs (32emc) + antimatter into Dragon eggs)

@@poderpotato7983 it depends with my setup 14k/s, but i could build a bigger fission reactor and make a ton more + i automated antimatter for later
Just a small note regarding the EMC Link: For *inserting* items, you don't need to set an item, which will allow it to accept any item with an EMC value; for *extracting* items, you do need to tell it what item it is outputting and it won't output anything without the item being set.
Just wanted to mention that the xp tap over the experience crystal is unecessary, after the absorption hopper is full the crystal will auto-pickup every xp ball

mob grinding utils is my favourite drjoyog made great tutorial about it.
I really love this mod pack! I love ProjectE-based packs in general, but the problem is too many ProjectE packs are way too overpowered and ruin the fun of the pack. However, this pack has been really fun! Once I got about a million EMC, it's no grind and all designing and building.

Quick question for you Chosen. I noticed while playing and during this video that the mid tier matter don't have EMC value. I'm guessing you have a reason for it just wondering what the thinking is.
Similarly the Klein star have EMC, but when I try to add them back in it just goes on the left and fills up.
you should change the recipe for the emc link to use a energy condenser mk2 then it would follow the quest line.

I'd love to see more about how the emc items work. I've gotten to the point where I have millions of emc just not entirely sure how the machines work. The quest book says to check the wiki, but I can't seem to find said wiki

Hey, Im having an issue in the pack and im wondering if anyone might know smth. I cant get RF to go through a system properly, im using a bigger reactors reactor into fluxpipes and only thermal machines. the reactor power just wont go into the machine
They chicken was just reverted to egg form, no harm done....
Is there a way to have for example storages and transmutation tables/tablets be synced if you play through LAN? Most modpacks when I play with my wife we have to have our own separate transmutation tables etc.

what is the chance for getting the transmutation interface from a random reward? i got two back to back in my playthrough. once from a random quest (i think it was a plushie quest) and then another one from the transmutation interface quest
I set up a mob farm using spawners and cursed earth and it it is to powerful had to add so many stack upgrades for my netherite chest
random rewards are great and all. i prefer to know exactly what I'm getting

Because there is no point. They are unbreakable, have higher protection than you can get in the game built into the armour
I cant find any crabs for the farmers delight questline does anyone know how to get the leg and the shell?
I searched a lot for this too. Found 2 crabs after looking in "beach bioms" forever (btw, the only two I found since) I found a lot of coconut crabs tho, but they only drops claws
