I am just a noob but apart from the Qur'an and perhaps some key hadith (An Nawawi's come to mind) I think that at Tahawi's Creed should be required reading for any muslim.
There are 4 different narrations for this hadith .. Take for example the one in mwatta of imam malik So if you take this narration The prophet didn't say she is a believer because she said god is in the sky .. He simply asked her to say the testimony . Also do you think if god is in the sky the prophet would leave it for this hadith to explain that ? Either the matter is from mutashabehat and we should do as the companions did and don't think about matters of the unseen . Or at least try to exalt god above attributes that are of the creation like occupying a place and being subject to the flow of time . And God knows best .
@@hamzehhoussani191 one of the narration by ibn hibban the isnaad contains a weak narrator muhammad bin amr, and the second narration is narrated by al razzaq in al musannaf, the narration comes from Ata ibn Abi Rabah who was a tab'iee and didn't meet the prophet ﷺ making this narration mursal. The sahih hadith with the isnaad agreed upon is the one that the prophet ﷺ asks the slave girl "Where is Allah"
The Qur'an says: And do not neglect the rights of the people and do not corrupt the land " The comprehensive and general principle is that whether in the national and local context, ie within the Islamic realm, in the regional realm, ie within the realm of monotheism with the People of the Book and the atheists, or in the international realm with human society, whether infidels, pagans or non-idolaters. In all three sections he said: " And do not neglect the rights of the people and do not corrupt the land ".This is also one of the comprehensive principles jazakallah kheyra and goodluck🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷 JAWADI.Amoli ------ take from Ar rahman 5
