KTTV/Channel 11's The Bedtime Movie showing "A Night at the Opera" ALL Bumpers ('82)

From a VX tape, this recording of the Marx Bros. "A Night at the Opera" was taped during KTTV's The Bedtime Movie. During commercial breaks, our lovely hostess (a cowgirl, and judging by two of the stills, there would be other women who'd take the place of hostess) entertains us with some wild cowgirl humor. On some of these, they even left in footage before action was called, really hammering in the independent feel to this that TV lost long before I was born. Now, finding more bumpers from this show is on my wishlist!

Don’t remember this, but this is exactly what’s missing from TV today. Not that I miss watching movies with commercial breaks, but if they had to have them they at least made them fun.
