Ok, the "Not a Ventor" Ventor is one of my favorite items ever. Just the odds of that specific item bricking into those specific matching mods is just amazing.
I am addicted to the 10x vaal vessel maps for the pure slot machine action of opening them, and reasonably sure the 23:10 Foul Gaze fracture/corrupted/mirrored jewel came out of one of those. I think they have one of the, if not the, widest range loot tables.
The conqueror Vaal Temple map and a lot of the corrupted abyss jewels most certainly came from Vaal Temples. I ran Vaal temples half this league and you can find the oddest items in there. But just the CB jewels that dropped paid for the maps 10 times over.
I have a "you and minions cannot take reflected damage" mirrored compass from farming valdos, if I knew it was so rare I would have given you it for the double mirror/reflect goodness
On the same abyss jewels thing: There are multiple ways to get the same abyss jewel. First is Tujen, the second is/was the atlas memory where you can get similar jewels.
Pretty sure the fractured mirrored corrupted abyss jewels were from vaal temples no? Also how did he get 30 qual on the maps? do you just find one that drops and craft from there?
Ay! That Mind Stinger Bow, crafted it on Week 2 of League, as a fun lil thing to dump currency in before deciding I was done. It was mirrored 3x and had a Voltaxic Rift skin when I had it displayed.

In blight -ravaged maps, when I get a lot of abyssal jewels drop, I often get multiple copies of the same roll, and also, sometimes that same roll appears in other blight-ravaged maps. This occurs with corrupted and non-corrupted ones. So it might be from there, or, the game produces identically rolled abyss jewels for some reason, and I happened to collect them in blight-ravaged maps?
The thing with the jewels happened to me as well, i was looking for jewels for my poison SRS build with chaos flat+attackspeed+life, and i found multiple same ones with same name/rolls from different people.
droppede my own 2 stat ventor just a couple hours after this was streamed, was so bummed that i missed out on my second contribution to a meme mueseum, but its a nice display case piece that when ppl i trade with notice it, gets me some funny reactions atleast :D
i have a Chronicle of Atzoatl and it contains both Chamber of Corruption and Catalyst of Corruption. Sadly they didnt hit to tier 3 but i wonder if they are unique cause they are same room type. If it is unique ( by bug ) im glad to give it to you as contribution in your meme museum collection.
About the jewel, i found a helmet that was the same. It was a shit 5c helmet, but there was 5 exact copies off it from different people. I did not get them 😢😢
Idk, this meme museum just wasn't all that memey spectacular this time around. Not your fault of course I would never imply that, but the only thing that was an actual meme was that blood filled vessel . That item was top tier. Maybe necropolis will provide many memes

The word "Nadir" in the tabula foil map means "uncommon" in Turkish.
The abyssal jewels drop from vessles in VAAL Temple maps. I've got several corrupted mirrored both regular jewels and abyssal from there.
The searching eye jewel that's corrupted, mirrored, and fractured could be from the Vaal Vessels in the Vaal temple
