- We are a Military Family who has recently received PCS orders to Bremerton, WA. The military is moving us across the country from Florida to Washington. Military moves can be short notice and stressful for all. In this video, I explain how a military PCS move works plus the Household Good pack out. It's so relieving when you don't have to do it yourself!
This is my first PCS, do we have to pack our clothes? Empty the dressers? And closets?
Honestly, you don't have to do anything. They will do everything for you. They will empty your closet. I would suggest emptying the dressers so that the weight from things in it won't damage it during transport. I personally pack our clothes by putting them in totes, packing cubes, or vacuum seal bags with fabric softener sheets so that they smell good when I unpack it all 😆.
you guys seem to have made the best out of a PCS ...cause they arent fun
They definitely aren't fun. But we like new adventures and try to make the best out of anything!
