Be'lakor is the best melodeath band today. Soo good. Love this video. This album was actually a concept album that tells a story and this is the last track on the album. My favorite off of it, but the whole album is incredible.
Guys, please react to Be'lakor - An Ember's Arc song. That's their another masterpiece, as great as Countless Skies! Can't wait for your live interview.
Spot on, Pedro, your comment is right about the story and the song itself!. Amazing song for an amazing band, they deserve more views and worldwide recognition.
I wish you guys would make Be'lakor a weekly or biweekly reaction. With Wintersun gone you need another band to do regularly. One that we can all look forward too and Be'lakor is one of the best out there.
We do Sabaton bi-weekly and Nightwish as well. ;-) It is hard to commit to it. So many new videos we want to check out, plus requests and older stuff....just not enough time to commit to it. So we will just sprinkler some here and there.
I can't express enough anywhere how good these dudes are. I cannot and WILL NOT name a shitty track from this band because one doesn't exist. I am now deliberately watching through people's reactions to them. It's super refreshing to see them finally getting their deserved recognition, and the more guys doing their reactions and others watching will do that just fine. 10 or 11 years now or so of them being quite hidden gems, who are now shiny fu***ng diamonds!!
Hell yes been waiting ages for you to do this one.An amazing song gets better with every listen. The story telling and the way it progresses is incredible. That melody in the last part when the drums kick in gives me goosebumps every time.Great reaction guys so glad you enjoyed it and i will be listening to the interview live cant bloody wait😀
This channel is a real hidden gem! I was looking up videos how to correctly pronounce Be'lakor and stumbled on this one. Really love the dynamic between you and your son! I wish my son was into metal but then again he's 11 so maybe I'll introduce when he hits his teens. New sub!! 💓
Glad you did this one, Be'lakor is something to behold! Please do Eye of the enemy - The shift, they are also australian. Melodeath/groove, and have supported Be'lakor on occasion.
Guys. I have just seen Insomnium live yesterday. Get ready for a blast when you see them. And reactions aside, do your homework and check out their Winter's Gate concept album before the show! Enjoy! And react to Arkona!
Be'Lakor have awesome lyrics, "An Ember's Arc" is about the birth of the sun and it's just beautiful. Insomnium does too, "Ephemeral" and "Weather The Storm" are really inspiring to me
Well its not like Suden Tunti is a bad idea considering it has alot of musical aspects from all the years of Moonsorrow's style. Jotunheim would be the best choice. Sankarihauta also has a video but i think the song is a bad choice to know Moonsorrow.
Hey Guys! I really love this song and exactly as you said, love that atmosphere as a soundtrack of the story. Anyway the story is deep and filled with darkness, and all the parts are just like you said many faces of fire. Thanks for nice reaction! Cya!
Fantastic to see you guys playing this song. Like others here have said, Be'lakor - Vessels is a fantastic album. As you guys discovered, Smoke of Many Fires is quite an intricate piece that tells a great story with many changes to reflect the narrative. I've had chats with band and they personally told me that it's their own favourite on Vessels. I've also just watched the Parkway Drive "The void" reaction which paled in comparison to Smoke Of Many Fires. The void just came across as soft, generic, formulaic and pretty mundane, bland, nothing special which is a shame. Parkway Drive, for me, have lost what made them special and are not a shadow of their old albums such as "Killing with a Smile" and "Horizons". Unfortunately I'm not really a PD fan anymore and sadly their new stuff doesn't seem any better. I am really looking forward to the Be'lakor interview with Steve Merry. See if you can prise some samples of their new album out of him 😉
A&P-REACTS Oh yeah, that's right. Forgot about that one! I'm going at the same show but in Montreal, one day after or before you. It's gonna be awesome!
Seeing as how you guys like Australian metal bands, have you ever heard of Make them Suffer. They're kinda like their own genre of death metal, it's pretty cool and different.
Guys you should check out Saw or Redfog from Orbit Culture. Melodic Death Groove from Sweden. They are heavy and groovy like hell and far too unknown ;)
I watched a flight accident documentary yesterday that happened ´96! The plane started to burn of some wrong packaged helium oxygen bottles that pilots sign to transport! It started to burn very hot after the lifting, so hot the pressure chamber room didn´t hold so the whole plane burned down, over 100 people died!
Be'lakor is outstanding. Been a fan of them since meeting George Kosmas at a subway stop in Melbourne Australia back in 2009
Oh that's amazing. They're great people - I've messaged them over FB a few times.
That's awesome. Such legendary music made by some average Australian blokes. Top tier!

Understand thanks for the quick reply
Allen Schmucker yea that would be great although the lack of videos by Belakor would be an issue.
Be'lakor rule!

You should react to the brand new Amorphis song "The Bee"! It's brilliant!
Yeah this song is phenomenal!
I came here to say the same thing! ua-cam.com/video/xf_4uvymwRw/v-deo.html
Excellent song
To sum all your talk. This is a masterpiece period.
The whole album is a story from beginning to to end about the vessel's of life and death. One of my favorite melodic death metal bands of all time.
Be"lakor album out in October cant wait !!
100% worth the wait. Incredible album
Ok, that was pretty epic. Best Be'lakor song I've heard yet.

John Moyle I'll make sure to check out Be'lakor! Sounds promising!
Arkona \m/
And yeah, Insomnium live is amazing, also is Winters Gate. Totally worth the time for one Song xD
Be'Lakor have awesome lyrics, "An Ember's Arc" is about the birth of the sun and it's just beautiful. Insomnium does too, "Ephemeral" and "Weather The Storm" are really inspiring to me
Great choice from an unbelievable band, but you guys still haven't reacted to 'Moonsorrow' which was supposed to be on a list in December 2017
Been waiting and waiting and...
Raunioilla or Jotunheim would be great choices. Hope they don't do Suden Tunti just because of the fact, that it has a music video :D
Well its not like Suden Tunti is a bad idea considering it has alot of musical aspects from all the years of Moonsorrow's style. Jotunheim would be the best choice. Sankarihauta also has a video but i think the song is a bad choice to know Moonsorrow.
I've asked moonsorrow too :D
I really liked this album and after reading comments I know it's a concept album. I also liked Roots to Sever, I think you should check it out.

I like Be'lakor so mutch !! Just brilliant ! Have you ever heard Throes Of Dawn - Vertigo ?

HELL YEAH! I've been waiting for this!!
Another awesome vid of an awesome band. Thanks guys and also just gonna throw out a quick recommendation F-22 by Nylithia
You have to listen to the album as a whole. To me it has the same feel as Winter’s Gate. The songs flow over to each other
This is a progressive masterpiece. You really need to listen to Omnium Gatherum (which will play in september with Amorphis)!
We have done one of their videos but we will get around to do more this summer as the show approaches.
A&P-REACTS Oh yeah, that's right. Forgot about that one! I'm going at the same show but in Montreal, one day after or before you. It's gonna be awesome!
Inferi - Behold The Bearer Of Light
Guys, you HAVE to check out the new Amorphis Song "The Bee". It is fucking amazing

Seeing as how you guys like Australian metal bands, have you ever heard of Make them Suffer. They're kinda like their own genre of death metal, it's pretty cool and different.

Rotting Christ!!! or a different Australian band called Vallhalore with a song called Guardians Of Time
This band is amazing
