A topic close to my heart. I was wondering whether to change to no snacking and realised that I might need them to keep my blood glucose level consistent (and no, I am not diabetic). Listening to my body is crucial. Ensuring I am eating according to the level of the activity I am doing that day and the next. Not doing a HIIT workout having fasted the day before! Nuts in moderation I love, boiled eggs, edamame, kefir, apples and hummus or apples and peanut butter 😋
Vit D is huge to help with day time fatigue and in general health, and women get your iron levels checked plus B12 and Vitamin D for both men and women it makes a huge difference when you get them at the recommended levels, BUT of course especially in winter lack of sun depletes our bodies of this much needed Vitamin. Simple blood test but you have to ask your Dr they dont just DO it so advocated for yourselves.
I apologise l live on the east coast of Australia. I watch in the morning every second day. Example Mondays program on Tuesday. I really enjoy it. I’ve been watching it for the last 9months. I recommend any one likes morning programs worth watching just a suggestion. I apologise for the length of this comment. 😊😊❤❤

What are the hosts names ? Why is guest's name mentioned twice and not the hosts name I have NO clue who they are and I cannot find their names in many of the video TITLES And INFO why is that? YT is around the world not just in UK I dont know there names but they seem to host THIS MORNING now so Why not put their names in YOUR MORE info box of info. SO bizarre and frustrating as a viewer, I was trying to recall Alisons name and couldnt remember it and do think it was easy to find on this YT channel ? NOPE ! and who is the blokes name who is co hosting with her? No clue. I shouldnt have to start watching a video I have no interest in to FIND OUT. Come on Do better This Morning.
I love snacking but I almost never do. I like to be nice and hungry when dinner time comes - it gives so much more sense and joy to your meal!

Just snacked on carrot puffs 🤤. No added salt, baked not fried. Hope to survive until dinner time.

I have recently been taking Vitamine D as a supplement. I do not really notice any difference. My bloodwork showed that I was a bit deficient.

My favourite is Medjool dates 😊 and also apples are great on the go
Apples, bananas, grapes, raw nuts and seeds are all easy on the go foods. And easy to keep in your car for a few days.
