I'm Filipino American, and living in Japan. It's so nice to know that Russians love Filipino culture and foods! Just last week I experimented, I made Pandesal into Siopao (baked pork buns with boiled egg) It was a success, my kids loved it. Next week, I will use Pandesal as cheese burger buns.
Andrei 's mother made Filipino dishes delicious! And Liza made the buns perfectly! I like the buns color after they remove from Oven I became hungry😂 they look masarap! You know if I only there near in your house I will ask some of buns that Liza made 😅
Wowow... love the breads u cooked, Liza! U r such a good baker! I wish I could have a taste of each of it. Your pandesal looks better than the ones here (Philippines). God bless, all of you! You are a good family!
Notes, part 2 4:42 I can consider this Russianized sotanghon guisado (сотангхо́н гиса́до). Honestly, this is reminding me of when Liza tried to cook sotanghon (noodle soup), but she used bihon. 10:21 Traditionally, you don't have to. But eh, I guess some people like their cheese *a lot.* I know I do. 10:38 white sugar. 11:18 Awww Matvey... 11:24 pandesal eggs 😆 12:08 I guess those are chicken eggs. So Liza is making tokneneng (токнэ́нэнг). Kwek-kwek uses quail (перепела) eggs. 13:48 I already told Liza the difference about kwek-kwek and tokneneng! 😭 17:17 Awww Matvey... 22:55 Where did you get this recipe? 26:14 masarap! but I hope Ivan doesn't eat too much of the filling before it's cooked! 30:53 It would have been easier for Liza to just use two spoons. 32:46 Yeah, she learned that from the comments. 36:56 Traditionally, the dough for ensaimada has a different recipe, *not* the one used for pandesal. 37:25 The Spanish bread looks a little too dark. It should have the same color as the pandesal.
How do you guys keep your Philippines shirt so clean when cooking. Especially sis Liza always cooking but her shirt in every blog is so clean like it is new ❤❤❤
O how amazing Andrei your mother is a good cooker in Filipino foods I love your family to recognize Filipino foods and tradition God bless your family❤❤❤❤
Enjoyed watching your vlog. It is good seeing your boys helping out. Vanya used to be the only one hang out. It's okay to have your own version of your cooking and baking - making it your own recipe.
THANKS A LOT FOR CHOOSING OUR COUNTRY. WE ARE AS EXCITED AS YOU ARE. WE WOULD LOVE TO WELCOME YOU BACK AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN. ❤ 😊🙏🌻😇 TAKE CARE LOVING AND WARM FAMILY GOD BLESS YOU ALL 😊
Sana Araw arawin mo ang pag vlog ..........mabagal na ang pag akyat ng subscribers at viewers mo ......... .....Andrei I suggest you make your content exciting and interesting for us to continue following your Channel...........mayron nang mabilis na humahabol na new Vlogger na taga Samal.......
The main thing is that your mom is trying the recipes and putting her on twist. I looked at recipes I want to try to cook but never follow it right to the T. Kudos to your mom for loving Filipino dish and hoping that your family will enjoy authentic Filipino food once you arrive in the Philippines.
You are a very good son Andrei, n good to Liza’s family, especially in your vacation in Philippines! GOD. Will bless you more! I love your mom, next time this kind of noodles should be soak for 15 minutes to tap water.
Good morning Andrey, nice background music 👍🤩Fantastic cooking mama Olga 👍Liza and mama Olga are superwomen 🥰 Delightful and delicious assorted buns 👍🤩😋😋😋 Gigantic 16kgs😲 watermelon 🍉🍉🍉 hello Matvey, Ivan Mr Masarap and Arseny 🤗🤗🤗 🌈
all the food you cook looks delicious, the pancit with lots of chicken, the pandesal , ensaymada and kwek kwek, it's funny matvey called kwek kwek pandesal eggs 😆, it's good to pair it with vinegar onion
even the gravy that mama Olya, made for the lechon kawali, should be cook and put a little bit vinegar and soy sauce to make it a little bit darker like jollibee gravy sauce so that the gravy will not be spoil quickly
wow I loved to watch your vlog your family loving cooking Filipino food that is amazing and proud of you hope I will.watch your vlog here in the Philippines with familys
yum yum masarap lami kaayo i really enjoy watching your family while eating the buns always watching your vlog Andrey and your super mom i love her and Liza as well God bless you all
Hi Andrey. I really enjoyed this new video. Nanay Olga's pancit bihon looks really beautiful. I'm sure it tastes even better as it looks. Liza's baking is just awesome. I wish I could get to taste it someday. Lastly, Mr. Masarap is so cute. I just love him for his being so appreciative of Filipino dishes. He literally eats every Filipino food Liza cooks. Wonderful family you have Andrey. Take care of everyone.
Notes, part 1 (I guess?) 0:29 That's "sotanghon" (фунчоза), not "bihon" (рисовая лапша). 0:33 You should invest in a wok. Some households have one for cooking large amounts of food for occasions. 0:57 Mama Olga should drain out the water, then add oil so that they brown a little. That's flavor! 2:17 You get a lot of comments about Mama Olga and cooking the meat first because cooking the garlic and onions first is how we build a base for flavor. The oil will have the taste of garlic and onions, so the dish will have their flavors, too! I know, Mama Olga is scared to burn the garlic. But if she is able to control the fire and can get the timing, she will have mastered an important cooking skill! Maybe she can put the garlic in, then when she sees it start to brown, put the onions in. 4:05 I can admire Mama Olga's enthusiasm for Filipino cuisine. But just please listen to me first: I will have to disagree with her approach of experimenting before she can master a basic recipe. I believe you need to understand that basic recipe because you have to understand why it works and why it doesn't. Once you have mastered a basic recipe, you can start experimenting to see what works and how you can adjust recipes to fit what's available and what's not available in RU without sacrificing its "soul" (a point a fellow subscriber failed to see from me). Having said that, I do look forward to your trip because I am interested to see how much your family will learn. I hope they will get lots of chances to learn Filipino cooking from real Filipinos. After all, we need to learn new things, no matter how old we are!

If you have margarine there, thats the best in ensaymada than butter. Then sprinkle it with plain sugar then cheese. But still you're improving. From Cavite Philippines with love.

Local bakeries do not use butter instead margarine to top of the bread with sugar and cheese
You can put a little sugar with butter and cheese on top of the Ensaymada…
The main thing is that your mom is trying the recipes and putting her on twist. I looked at recipes I want to try to cook but never follow it right to the T. Kudos to your mom for loving Filipino dish and hoping that your family will enjoy authentic Filipino food once you arrive in the Philippines.
I love your Mom’s cooking with a twist,looks yummy…kudos to your sister Liza,she baked good pandesal & ensaymada👏👏👏

However, pánsit noodles resemble rámen noodles.

Wow Andrei... its cool how Mama Olga has made Pancit her own by making her own additions to it ...
If you have margarine there, thats the best in ensaymada than butter. Then sprinkle it with plain sugar then cheese. But still you're improving. From Cavite Philippines with love.
I think they opt for the healthier oil.
❤❤❤ Good Day po!
please put margarine and sugar on top of ensaymada its more delicious,
