As long as you have the basic ingredients and spices : garlic, onions, bay leaf, paprika, saffron , ginger plus soy sauce, vinegar you can cook a lot of Filipino dishes. Love that you enjoy cooking and eating our Filipino food.

Once again so happy watching your great videos about how your mom and sister cook banana loaf and Spanish bread and how she marinated pork ribs using mama sitas ready mixed package for Barbecue pork ribs. She did well since she added more soy sauce, you can add more fresh garlic, and black powder as you desired. Mama sitas pre packed is used to add more flavor to the recipes. Thanks for showing. Zdravstvuyte! Just to let you know most panaderia here in the Philippines started with one particular bread and it is called "Pandesal". Because Filipinos loves to eat this during breakfast. And if the bakery became well known to the public they will add varieties like Spanish bread, cheese bread, banana bread, ensaymada, tuna bread, buco bread, and a lot more. Kindly tell your customer to reheat pandesal or spanish bread 15-20 secs by microwave just to warm the breads. It really makes a different to eat warm bread and enjoy it too👍🏼
