    In this video I explain my views on this recent transformation done by Mr Venkat. This is outright scamming innocent people of their money by showing unachievable feats naturally.
    I will apologize if he proves me wrong and explains how a 57 year old with
    no exercise history,
    sedentary lifestyle history,
    low on test levels,
    low on cardio vascular levels given his age,
    has done this without the use of steroids, fat burners or any other non-publicly available body modifying substances in six months !

    What you said is 100%, true brother. I am 30years old now.
    I was 45kgs in 2012. Then I started working out at the gym. Later in 2019, my body weight crossed 100kgs due to overeating & then I started heavy jogging(daily 10 rounds & even today) & cut my food & it took 2 years for me to reduce my weight. Today I am 75kgs & I do Bench press: 110kgs. Squat: 150kgs, Deadlift: 180kgs. I didn't lift these weights & reduced my body weight overnight, or in months, It's several years of hard work & sweat.

    I'm an athelete bro. i will be seeing the old atheletes means who will be stoppting there training and will be relaxed for some years after their sport carrier. Then I have obsereved some 50+ our senior players who will be starting the fitness and then they had taken approx 2yrs and they got some result after following strict diet and workouts imagine a professional athelete(runnner) whose body fat will be less than 5 and they had taken that time and made that process. But without knowledge people belives these kind of people not only this transformation many are there like these and i request y out to make a video on to avoid the steriods for teenagers now a days teenagers are with half knowledge using and they are spoiling there life and trainers are supporting please make a video on that🙏

    Hi bro
    I am fitness trainer I was into fitness field since 14yrs
    As of my knowledge the muscle which they have built for the person as you have shown in the pic. it's required years of practice and consistency.I can't comment on his transformation with out knowing the persons health profile.
    For your information
    As you said Lifting heavy weights builds muscle&burn calories - it works for a person who have already a good practice of the targeted muscle group and knows the correct workout formation and have muscle memory (this method cannot applied for every individual) and heavy weights always includes into strength trainings.it can't be combined with normal workouts also requires guidance while performing which avoids from major injuries.
    Lifting light/heavy weights doesn't build muscle. wieghts always to be selected by the persons workout capacity and muscle strength what the person have.
    Example If person doing chest press and tries to lifts heavy without good formation and more than his muscle capacity it leads to broke of muscle which is attached to the shoulder bone. Even pro bodybuilder got injured in some cases.
    Its like Lifting 10kg weight
    With a white shtiching thread which breaks the thread in the same way our muscle groups will attaches to the bones if it exceeds the capacity it will break makes major injuries.
    For better clarity check out anatomy of a human body.
    My point here to convey is
    Lifting Light/heavy weights doesn't makes sense to build muscle. It is perfer to do any workout with right formation with suitable weights (not light/heavy) helps our muscle groups to build with good diet.
    As you said good muscle mass person will burn more calories.
    Calories burning capacity is always depends on the persons metabolism it doesn't depend on the Muscle mass of a person.
    I have not used more technical words here for better understanding to every one.
