***Leave the tops off of the containers when freezing for a few hours and then place the lids on***
This will stop the tops from getting the dome like bubble on the top. No need for scraping the top anymore 😀

@@lindagellatly8511 Not really, I just use it as a base and toss in whatever floats my boat. LOL. The last one I made had black beans, bananas, cocoa powder, dates, almonds and almond milk and a few drops of almond extract added to the oats..( which I froze in an ice cube tray first.) You can just add some to any of the above or any dairy free recipes for added nutrients and fiber. Just have fun experimenting!

I don’t have the Ninja cream maker, so I cooked my sweet corn, then put it in cold water and froze it. In my Vitamix, I added two frozen bananas, two medjool dates, a tablespoon of white miso, a cup of frozen sweet corn and a little bit of unsweetened soy milk. Blend until you get ice cream. Delicious! Thank you Ami for the idea of sweet corn ice cream!!!

Hello! I just tried cooking the plantains in the microwave 😁. I put them in the food processor with some carob powder, PB2 and some oats! It takes soooo good! I rolled them into balls and coated them with Hemp seeds. They taste amazing! Thanks to you and your amazing inventions 😁🙌👊. Also I grew up in Brazil and corn is actually a legit ice cream flavor! I grew up eating it 😋🌽. You can make it without the miso and when you have it ready to eat just sprinkle a tiny bit of cinnamon on top 😉. Also avocado ice cream is really tasty if you'd like to try. In Brazil we eat avocados with sugar sprinkled on top and in smoothies, we don't use it for savory dishes ( I personally love guacamole and avocados in salads but it's not common).

Heat up half a cup of milk (microwave or stove) don’t let it boil, add two teaspoons of culinary lavender and let it leave steep (soak) for 5-10 minutes then strain it, and add it to a food processor with two bananas. Process until smooth then pour into Ninja Creami tub then freeze for 24hrs and then it’s ready to process in Ninja Creami using the Lite Ice cream setting.

I LOVED this video!! Your enthusiasm was pure joy 😊........ I've wanted to get the Ninja Creami for so long, it looks like fun, and it's easy to create with.
I always loved an ice cream called burgundy cherry..... I'm guessing it could be made with those bags of frozen cherries.....plus, perhaps, a mix in of dark chocolate chips?? Then the classic Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey was also a favorite. Do you think oat milk works better because of its richness? or would soy milk make it too thin ?
Now you've got my mind racing at 5a.m. to create these "nice creams" with the Creami machine!!! 😂
A girl could really go crazy with this thing!! LMAO....... I've GOT to save up for this thing ! 😊
BTW, love the new refrigerator, it's epic!! Another thing I've been thinking about too lol.
I missed the video somewhere, but was just curious about your hair colour change.....it looks great, I loved it blonde too....my friends used to call me "the flavour of the month" because I was always trying different hair colours 😅
Thanks again for the great video 🙏💕

Looks great--love these are plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks so much for sharing

Mint choc chip is my all time favourite. Applauding your mad genius over here - would never have thought of sweetcorn and miso, but going to give it a try.

May I ask why you chose the milky plant machine over maybe an almond cow/ salter or similar ones with strainer? I must admit I'm a bit shocked at the prices of these plant milk makers.

Whenever I'm going to make a lot of things in the blender I start out with the lightest tasting thing and then I don't rinse my blender just scrape it out with a rubber scraper as best I can and go on to the next recipe and the next and the next. I find that the little bit that is in there, doesn't affect the flavor of the next one. You would be saving yourself time and ingredients

First time I fell in love with sweet corn “maize” ice cream, was when I was in a specialty ice cream place in Puerto Rico. (These were not plant based and neither was I at the time) The other flavour I really loved was “Ajo”, garlic!!! I didn’t expect how good it was. Are you up for developing a plant based recipe for that!!
